<\/a><\/p>\nA 22-year-old man who thinks he\u2019s a \u201cwoman\u201d has been given a free pass<\/a><\/strong><\/span> after being caught with graphic child pornography on his mobile phone, which a judge decided is not that big of a deal after all since the man belongs to the Cult of LGBTQP.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cVetea\u201d Joseph Bunton, who was 18 at the time when child rape and other horrific sexual images were discovered on \u201cher\u201d phone, had previously plead guilt to this crime. \u201cShe\u201d was then convicted of illegally possessing child porn, and subsequently slated for an appropriate sentence \u2013 that is until Bunton and \u201cher\u201d lawyer decided to play the LGBTQP get-out-of-jail-free card.<\/span><\/p>\n Bunton\u2019s lawyer actually tried to argue that his client does \u201cnot present as a person who is a risk to children,\u201d claiming that \u201cshe\u201d was simply acting \u201cin the context of low self-esteem and lack of confidence due to teenage sexual adjustment issues\u201d when \u201cshe\u201d decided to download child porn on \u201cher\u201d phone. Bunton has also been ordered to register as a sex offender.<\/span><\/p>\n Amazingly, an appeals court decided that even this sentence was \u201cinappropriate\u201d and \u201cdisproportionate to the real risk [Bunton] presents by her offending.\u201d In other words, it was just too unfair for Bunton to have to suffer any<\/em> consequences because, after all, \u201cshe\u201d is just a poor, poor transgender suffering from constant \u201ctransphobia\u201d throughout society.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIn my respectful view, the applicant\u2019s circumstances are unusual,\u201d stated Justice Philip Morrison, the appeals court judge who came to Bunton\u2019s rescue. Morrison further lamented that if Bunton was actually required to register as a sex offender like Justice Devereaux had ruled, it could negatively interfere with Bunton\u2019s \u201ctransition\u201d into a \u201cwoman.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n What this all suggests, of course, is that LGBTQPs are now exempt<\/em> from being held accountable for their crimes because any type of punishment might interfere with their delicate feelings.<\/span><\/p>\n Never mind the fact that, in this case, an adult man with gender dysphoria had photographs of boys as young as five<\/em> posing nude and engaging in oral and anal<\/em> sex with adults on his phone. Because Bunton is a precious LGBTQP, \u201cshe\u201d now gets special treatment under the law to continue engaging in all sorts of sexual deviancy unimpeded.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWhat has this world come to?\u201d asked one Big League Politics<\/em> commenter in response to this horrific ruling.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis should be a problem for anyone at any time to have on their phone.
