Although details are still sketchy this follows a similar incident yesterday that left six Syrian government soldiers dead.<\/h5>\n<h5>The latest clash comes days before Russia and Turkey are due to commence <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffff00;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/en\/turkey-russia-to-begin-joint-patrols-in-syria\/a-51046965\">joint patrols<\/a><\/span> this Friday, in ab effort to reduce the risk of such clashes.
