The thoughts that make you anxious are like your children in the back seat.<\/h5>\n<h5>There&#8217;s little Hank who&#8217;s always in a hurry. &#8220;Are we there yet?&#8221; &#8220;Are we there yet?&#8221;<\/h5>\n<h5>Hank doesn&#8217;t live in the present. He lives in the future. So naturally he is rushing to get there.
