Click to enlarge<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">A federal appeals court on Friday unsealed nearly 2,000 pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ccffff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2019\/07\/08\/jeffrey-epstein-sex-charges-unsealed.html\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\">the wealthy financier charged with child sex trafficking<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, and Ghislaine Maxwell, <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2019\/07\/15\/us\/ghislaine-maxwell-epstein.html\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>his former girlfriend and his alleged procurer of underage girls<\/strong><\/span>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">The documents include one containing flight records showing that President <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/donald-trump\/\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Donald Trump<\/strong><\/span><\/a> flew on Epstein\u2019s private plane in January 1997, from a Palm Beach, Florida, airport to Newark, New Jersey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">In another document, one of Epstein\u2019s accusers, Virginia Giuffre, says Maxwell directed her to have sex with former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and other prominent people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Giuffre, who had worked as a locker-room attendant at Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, also said that Epstein \u201ctold me that Donald Trump is a good friend of his,\u201d but that she never saw the two men together. And she said in a deposition that she never had sex with Trump or flirted with him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">The White House had no immediate comment on the mention of Trump\u2019s name on the flight logs. Richardson\u2019s office denied he ever met Giuffre, and called the allegations \u201ccompletely false.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"inlineChart\" src=\"https:\/\/fm-static.cnbc.com\/awsmedia\/chart\/2019\/7\/9\/Trump flight record.1565373551059.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">The files released Friday are part of a defamation lawsuit that Giuffre filed against Maxwell several years ago. The suit accused Maxwell of calling Giuffre, a liar for claiming that Maxwell and Epstein sexually abused her when she was underage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Giuffre had also alleged that she was sexually abused while in Epstein\u2019s circle by \u201cnumerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister and other world leaders,\u201d as well as noted lawyer Alan Dershowitz, a Harvard Law professor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2019\/07\/15\/741739336\/alan-dershowitz-weighs-in-on-his-work-on-the-jeffrey-epstein-case\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Dershowitz has denied Giuffre\u2019s claims<\/strong><\/span>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Maxwell, a British socialite who is the daughter of late media mogul Robert Maxwell, later settled that defamation case with Giuffre. The terms of that settlement are not known.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">But Maxwell had tried to keep filings in the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Manhattan sealed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">On Friday, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Maxwell\u2019s request to have the full circuit review an earlier decision by a three-judge appeals panel that had denied Maxwell\u2019s effort to keep the entire case sealed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">The circuit court sent the case back to the district court, where a judge will decide how much of the remaining documents will be unsealed. It also unsealed documents that included pleadings in the defamation case, depositions, and other material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Among the documents unsealed is deposition of Giuffre, in which she says that Maxwell directed her to have sex with Prince Andrew of Britain, Richardson, hedge funder Glenn Dubin, late MIT scientist Marvin Minsky, modeling company founder Jean Luc-Brunel, the owner of large hotel chain, and another prince.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Prince Andrew has denied Giuffre\u2019s claims against him, which were previously known.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Richardson\u2019s spokeswoman, Madeleine Mahony, in an emailed statement said, \u201cThese allegations and inferences are completely false.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">\u201cGovernor Richardson has never even been contacted by any party regarding this lawsuit,\u201d Mahony said. \u201cTo be clear, in Governor Richardson\u2019s limited interactions with Mr. Epstein, he never saw him in the presence of young or underage girls. Governor Richardson has never been to Mr. Epstein\u2019s residence in the Virgin Islands. Governor Richardson has never met Ms. Giuffre.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">A spokesman for Dubin said, \u201cGlenn and Eva Dubin are outraged by the allegations in the unsealed court records, which are demonstrably false and defamatory. The Dubins have flight records and other evidence that definitively disprove that any such events occurred.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">In her deposition, Giuffre was asked, \u201cIs there anyone else that Ghislaine Maxwell directed you to go have sex with?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">She answered, \u201cI am definitely sure there is. But can I<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">remember everybody\u2019s name? No. \u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">In that deposition, when asked if she was angry at Epstein, Giuffre answered, \u201cFurious.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Asked if she was angry at Dershowitz, Giuffre said, \u201cAbsolutely.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">\u201cAre you angry with famous politicians?\u201d Giuffre then was asked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">She said: \u201cI\u2019m angry with anybody who has it in their mind that they can hurt and abuse a minor child and continue to lie about getting away with it and that what they\u2019ve done is okay and they can continue to harass victims, yes, I\u2019m furious.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_175770\" style=\"width: 261px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/epstein-and-trump-at-mar-a-lago.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-175770\" class=\"wp-image-175770\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/epstein-and-trump-at-mar-a-lago.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"251\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-175770\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">With Mossad agent and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in the 1990&#8217;s. Click to enlarge<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Epstein, 66, was arrested in early July on charges of child sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit child sex trafficking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Prosecutors say Epstein, who also had been a friend of President Bill Clinton, sexually abused dozens of underage girls from 2002 to 2005 in New York and Florida. The defunct news site <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/gawker.com\/flight-logs-put-clinton-dershowitz-on-pedophile-billio-1681039971\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Gawker in 2015 published flight logs for one of Epstein\u2019s private jets<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0that showed Clinton had taken more than a dozen trips on the plane with Maxwell.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Prosecutors also allege that Epstein <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2019\/07\/08\/jeffrey-epstein-sex-charges-unsealed.html\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>worked and conspired with employees, associates and others \u201cwho facilitated his conduct by, among other things, contacting victims and scheduling their sexual encounters with Epstein<\/strong><\/span>.\u201d<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Maxwell has not been charged in that case. But prosecutors <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2019\/07\/26\/prosecutors-investigating-others-in-jeffrey-epstein-sex-traffic-case.html\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>in late July said they were investigating other \u201cuncharged individuals\u201d in the case<\/strong><\/span>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Epstein <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2019\/08\/01\/jeffrey-epstein-bid-for-bail-in-sex-case-hurt-by-appeals-ruling.html\" data-type=\"\" aria-label=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>is being held in jail without bond<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. He has pleaded not guilty to charges that could bring a 45-year prison sentence if he is convicted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">He already is a registered sex offender, having pleaded guilty to prostitution charges involving an underage girl in 2008.
