A proto-psychopath is someone who goes along for the ride out of greed, or just very low ethics. They are often compromised as well. As you watch the video, you can see this man relishing his role as a criminal financial operative, primarily in money laundering and market manipulations.<\/span><\/p>\n However, at about minute 22:00 [see transcript excerpt below] this whistle blower reveals he hit the wall when dragged into child sacrifices. This was his wake-up call. Bombard, who does body language analyses, states that this man is truthful or, at minimum, believes what he is conveying.
