Before there was \u201cglobal warming,\u201d there was \u201cglobal cooling.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

A renowned Time<\/em> magazine article from the mid-1970s claimed that the earth was rapidly cooling<\/em> and for the same reasons \u2014 human-caused technology and activity. What\u2019s more, the next \u201cIce Age\u201d was just around the corner, and a large portion of the world\u2019s population would starve to death because of dramatically shortened growing seasons. Well, that turned out to be false. So the climate hucksters had to come up with something else to scare the bejesus out of all of us so we\u2019d just turn over all authority \u2014 and all our money \u2014 to the \u2018powers that be.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

The world isn\u2019t cooling, the change went, it is\u00a0warming<\/em>, and so much so that we\u2019ve only got a few years to live. Or something like that.<\/span><\/p>\n

But after years of trying and failing to sell the \u201cglobal warming\u201d hoax, the Left-wing science propagandists came up with a new phrase \u2014 \u201cclimate change\u201d \u2014 because, after all, who could argue the fact that, throughout history, the earth\u2019s climate has\u2026changed?<\/span><\/p>\n

Now that<\/em> phrase has also failed to sufficiently convince the bulk of the world\u2019s people to surrender their liberty and their property and their money to the globalists. Since the expressions \u201cglobal warming\u201d and \u201cclimate change\u201d do not frighten people enough, activists are proposing a shift in language to \u201cclimate crisis\u201d or \u201cenvironmental collapse,\u201d with the help of advertising consultants.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Neuroscience <\/em>research\u00a0suggests<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0that \u201cglobal warming\u201d and \u201cclimate change\u201d do not produce a powerful enough reaction in people, whereas \u201cclimate crisis\u201d got \u201ca 60 percent greater emotional response from listeners\u201d according to a recent study.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

According to recent stats, intense lobbying (as well as polluting the nation\u2019s public education system with nonsensical climate hysteria) has yielded a 15-point increase in the percentage of Americans who now believe that cattle farts, SUVs, and all modern technology is destroying our planet. But that\u2019s not good enough; for there to be mass surrendering of liberty and money, a more significant\u00a0portion of the population must be duped, er\u2026. convinced.<\/span><\/p>\n

And this is where SPARK Neuro comes into play; so desperate for complete control over lives are the global warming hoaxers that they\u2019ve turned to an actual advertising agency for assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company specializes in physiological data like measuring brain activity and sweaty palms in order to develop new and inventive ways to propagandize the masses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spencer Gerrol, the company CEO, gave two possible reasons why previous iterations of doom \u2014 global warming and climate change \u2014 did not convince enough people to agree to begin living in the 18th century again is that both are neutral phrases; there isn\u2019t anything \u201cinherently negative or positive\u201d about the words.<\/span><\/p>\n

And, of course, people have gotten used to the phrases as well, so they tune them out (because none of the previous \u2018sky is falling\u2019 predictions<\/a><\/strong><\/span> have materialized).<\/span><\/p>\n

So, the objective, Gerrol says, is to find phrases that will spur people to action without pushing them over the edge, psychologically.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA successful candidate\u2019s aim is to broaden the conversation around an issue with words that spark interest on both ends of the political spectrum\u2026 while avoiding overstating the problem,\u201d a SPARK Neuro study found.<\/span><\/p>\n
