Two rabbis at a pre-military religious academy in a West Bank settlement were recorded making derogatory and racist comments about Arabs, defending Adolf Hitler\u2019s worldview, and openly promoting Jewish supremacy.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a series of undated recordings published by Channel 13 news on Monday, Rabbi Eliezer Kashtiel, the head of the Bnei David academy in Eli, can be heard calling for the enslavement of the \u201cstupid and violent\u201d non-Jews due to their genetic inferiority.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe gentiles will want to be our slaves. Being a slave to a Jew is the best. They\u2019re glad to be slaves, they want to be slaves,\u201d he told a class in one of the video clips. \u201cInstead of just walking the streets and being stupid and violent and harming each other, once they\u2019re slaves, their lives can begin to take shape.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAll around us, we are surrounded by peoples with genetic problems. Ask a simple Arab \u2018where do you want to be?\u2019 He wants to be under the occupation. Why? Because they have genetic problems, they don\u2019t know how to run a country, they don\u2019t know how to do anything. Look at them.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In the lecture, Kashtiel goes on to embrace racism against non-Jews.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYes, we\u2019re racists. We believe in racism\u2026 There are races in the world and peoples have genetic traits, and that requires us to try to help them,\u201d he said. \u201cThe Jews are a more successful race.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In another clip from the Bnei David Yeshiva published by Channel 13, Rabbi Giora Redler can be heard praising Hilter\u2019s ideology during a lesson about the Holocaust.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s just start with whether Hitler was right or not,\u201d he told students. \u201cHe was the most correct person there ever was, and was correct in every word he said\u2026 he was just on the wrong side.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Redler goes on to say that pluralism is the \u201creal\u201d genocide being perpetrated against the Jewish people, not Nazi Germany\u2019s Final Solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe real Holocaust was not when they murdered the Jews, that\u2019s not it. All these excuses \u2014 that it was ideological or systematic \u2014 are nonsense,\u201d he said. \u201cHumanism, and the secular culture of \u2018We believe in man,\u2019 that\u2019s the Holocaust.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The comments drew wide condemnation from opposition lawmakers who called for pulling all state funding to the Eli-based academy over Kashtiel\u2019s and Redler\u2019s remarks.<\/span><\/p>\n
