Ernst Zündel: A Prisoner in a State That Does Not Exist

Before responding to Mark Weber's piece "Is the German Federal Republic Legitimate?" (Rense.com, various sites, 17 December 2005), I thought I should first do him the honour of reading some of his work. I can therefore say on an informed basis that I fully appreciate his comments and acknowledge that he is infinitely more qualified than I to make a rounded assessment of German history. His scholasticism is superlative.

However, I must scold him for confusing legality with legitimacy and for implying that I am a sophist and a purveyor of false hope. A sophist is a Pharisee, someone who uses a specious line of reasoning to distort the truth or construct a legal argument that deviates from the spirit of the law. I have done no such thing.

I have simply reiterated in plain words information available to anyone with an Internet connection or a Frankfurt University library pass. Nothing I have said about the SHAEF laws, the German Reich or judgements handed down by the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsrühe cannot be found by anyone with a junior school reading age.

On the issue of whether or not the Federal German Republic is legal or illegal (as opposed to legitimate or illegitimate), my argument set out in "Telling the Truth in the Realm of Lies" (Rense.com, 14 December 2005) remains verifiably correct.

The Federal Republic of Germany is illegal. That's an established fact. The illegality of the republic and the current regime is not only enshrined in the SHAEF laws, which are still in force; it has been acknowledged in the form of a ruling by the Federal Constitutional Court: The BRD is not the legal successor of the German Reich.

What I think Mark is saying can be summated thus: The Federal Republic, although technically illegal, is legitimate insofar as the German people seem like it that way.

So, if acquiescence equates to acceptance, then Mark is perhaps correct to say that the current regime seems to be legitimate in terms of public approval. But we should also remember that the German people were never given the opportunity to accept or reject the Grundgesetz (Basic Law) in the form of a referendum. Until present arrangements collapse, we are left in the dark as to the will of the people, who have never known any different and are largely still ignorant about the existence of the German Reich.

Originally, the Basic Law was to have been called the Temporary Law and it is still seen as such by the legal establishment. It can never take on the aspect of permanence because it is a substitute for a real constitution, which can only be enacted with the full restoration of Germany's legal parallel state, the German Reich.

The one man who knows about this more than anyone else alive today is Wolfgang Gerhard Günter Ebel, who emphatically told American Free Press reporter Christopher Bollyn: "The German government is illegal and what they do has no basis in law." (Rense.com, "Germany Still in Juridicial Limbo", 15 December 2005). He also maintains, with sound legal arguments, that the Basic Law was wholly invalidated with re-unification. It had served its temporary purpose.

Why is this important? The German people have been vilified, demonised, libelled and slandered. Their nation was deliberately targeted for destruction by the Zionist and globalist elites twice in the last century, allowing the occult phoenix of the European superstate to rise from the ashes of the Dresden holocaust and a shattered, guilt-ridden social landscape.

By design, the German people have been led to believe that a yearning for national sovereignty and real independence is a manifestation of fascism, not patriotism. What is legitimate and celebrated in the United States and France as wholesome and socially desirable has been criminalised in Germany, with illegal Zionist laws policing the national German psyche and enforcing fearful self-censorship reinforced by Zionist "history" books written after 1978, the year when tales of the Jewish "holocaust" burst upon the television and newspaper scene following what appeared to be a miraculously spontaneous bout of mass-remembering on the part of "holocaust victims" and their claims lawyers.

The law and its myriad of legalisms is the lifeblood of Zionism. Without it, it is nothing. Why should anyone be discouraged from using their laws against them where the opportunity to do so exists? Mr Zündel not only has a "get out of jail free" card, he is uniquely placed to collapse the Federal Republic and, with it, the European Union.

Mark Weber is one of the leading thinkers and historians of our age, and I am honoured that he took the time to write a critical appraisal of my call to arms. He correctly made the distinction between legal and legitimate, the objective world and the subjective world. In tipping the forelock at legitimacy, however, Mark is clearly stating that a solution to our problems lies in collective action. This is where we part company.

I believe that history is made by brave individuals who, with the help of God, are prepared to risk even their lives by declaring the emperor to be naked. The truth of what they say can always be measured in terms of the vitriol, slander, ridicule and savagery meted out to them by their enemies.

Such men are happy to go to their cross, because living outside of the truth and denied the freedom to breathe without fear of the government and its army of rapacious lawyers is simply unbearable. Such men are prepared to forego the comforts and luxuries easily available to those who "play the game" and live by the lie because they have no desire to see their grandchildren and great-grandchildren live in a false, hug-me squeeze-me, politically correct consumer dictatorship of hollow fantasies and radically lowered expectations.

Ernst Zündel is one such man; a heretic imprisoned by judges who have no standing in law and on the basis of a constitutional mandate that neither exists nor which derives substance from any real legal state. Those who are happy to see him behind bars have no idea that they will one day lose more than just their freedom of speech, freedom to enquire and freedom to dissent; for the impending Zionist new world order will take no prisoners.

The Federal Republic of Germany is illegal and no one can prove otherwise. In the name of truth and the freedom to think and speak without government permission, let the fight begin.
