Nicolas Sarkozy's victory in the French presidential election has been confirmed after a string of exit polls showed him securing a clear win over Ségolène Royal in Sunday's second round run-off vote.
Early Sunday evening Sarkozy supporters gathered at a Paris concert hall celebrating victory after a Belgium website posted polls showing that Sarkozy was on course to capture around 54 per cent of votes cast.
Meanwhile at Socialist headquarters Ms Royal’s advisers were reportedly avoiding contact with journalists.
Voters turned out in near-record numbers – the highest second-round figure since Charles de Gaulle was elected president in 1965.
The likelihood of a Sarkozy victory had already put police on riot alert in anticipation that young immigrants in Paris’s rundown suburbs would take to the streets in protest
Two years ago Sarkozy pledged to jetwash "the scum" when immigrants started
rioting in Paris.
Thousands of police are now on standby in case Sarkozy's victory triggers more rioting and
reports coming in indicate this may have already begun, although how widespread and extensive these protests are remains to be seen.
It should be noted however that this website considers Sarkozy's victory to be ominious in the extreme.
What we have just witnessed in France is a classic Illuminati ploy. First a problem is created or allowed to develop; then a solution is proffered, one that would have been unacceptable without the pressing need to solve that problem.
It’s diabolically clever, quite literally.
Thus decades of unregulated immigration have seen the creation of a
violent sub culture in France. which is now a virtual no-go zone for law abiding French citizens. Contrary to what the mainstream media may say however, this has been deliberatly created and while formerly his policies might have been deemed unacceptable, Nicolas Sarkozy is now seen as a solution to this problem.
So not only can we expect to see tougher policing in France and the passage of draconian legislation but perhaps, more ominously still, Sarkozy may well throw his weight behind Neocon plans. And that could mean anything from diplomatic support to French troops supporting their Anglo-American counterparts in their next endeavour.
In a victory speech Sunday evening Sarkozy said that "France would be at America's side" if needed. Which effectively confirms that Washington’s Neocons have a new ally in Europe.
The
son of a Hungarian immigrant father of aristocratic pedigree and a mother of French and Sephardic Jewish descent, Nicolas Sarkozy can be expected to throw his weight behind any Neocon plans, whatever they may be.
