As the globalists continue on their irreversible course toward international enslavement, it is obvious that their ultimate goal will be attained via the imposition of a one-world government and religion.
These objectives closely intersect with the recent adoption of "The Noahide Laws" as a universal legal code. On Dec. 27, 1991 President George H. W. Bush signed into law a Congressional Joint Resolution known as "Education Day USA".
This was a thinly veiled ruse devised to circumvent and supersede existing legal codes by affirming in the resolution's language that all civilizations from the beginning have been based upon the aforementioned Noahide Laws.
Encyclopedia Americana states that these laws are
"...a Jewish Talmudic designation for seven biblical laws given to Adam and to Noah BEFORE the revelation to Moses at Mt. Sinai and subsequently binding all mankind." More incisive sources have tracked the true origin of these laws to Egyptian and Babylonian mysticism which has long been the basis of Freemasonic and Gnostic teachings.
Nonetheless, the encyclopedia of Judaism defines the Noahide Laws as follows:
(1) Civil justice [the duty to establish a legal system];
(2) Prohibition of blasphemy [which includes the bearing of false witness]
(3) The abandonment of idolatry;
(4) The prohibition of incest [including murder and adultery]
(5) The prohibition of murder;
(6) Also that of theft;
(7) The law against eating flesh [a limb] cut from a living animal [i.e.., cruelty in any shape or form]
The Talmud also states: "One additional element of greater severity is that violation of any one of these seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation. (Sanh. 57A)"
While at the most superficial level these laws would seem to represent universally accepted moral and legal concepts, their institution comprises a complete reversal of many established judicial principles and procedures guaranteed by the American constitution and generally accepted within the Western world.
Since the adoption of these "natural laws" would place the entire international community under the Talmudic Law of Orthodox Judaism, the separation between church and state would be hopelessly obscured. Additionally, under Noahide Law as specified in the Talmud, there is no assurance of due process (only some sort of legal proceeding), no presumption of innocence until proven guilty, and no guarantee of a jury trial.
Even the requirement as stated in Deut. 17:6 of two or three witnesses being necessary to condemn a person to death is reduced to only one witness ("judged righteous") within the fine print of Talmudic Noahide Law. Furthermore, Gentiles and Jews appear to receive unequal treatment under these laws, to the degree that Jews may not be even liable for crimes committed against Gentiles.
Christians who worship Jesus Christ have been judged in violation of both the prohibitions against idolatry and blasphemy by many prominent Talmudic rabbinical scholars and could therefore be sentenced to death by decapitation for merely practicing their faith under literal Noahide Law. With no specific protections against cruel and unusual punishment, a literal interpretation of Noahide Law could even result in capital punishment for those accused of animal abuse - sure to make it extremely popular with PETA.
The process for eventual global implementation of this legal code would appear to have been initiated with the United Nations Security Council resolution of May 25, 1993 establishing an International Criminal Tribunal. (Claiming to act under Chapter VII of the UN Charter, the Security Council, in fact violated its own charter which originally stated that the Council has no power whatever in judicial matters - that power is supposedly vested within the current International Court of Justice, the same court which recently condemned Israel's construction of the West Wall.)
After several of these questionable tribunals were convened to prosecute war criminals and dispense "justice" in areas like Rwanda and Yugoslavia, it would appear that all of the judicial entities involved will ultimately be merged into a singular International Criminal Court, by a process started with the Rome Statute of 1998 - a definite movement toward the establishment of a real rather than a perfunctory international legal system.
Further, the attempted infiltration of Noahide Law has permeated all levels of international society and theology, even a meeting organized by the Diocese of Rome on Jan. 17, 2002. The meeting discussed the Noahide Laws and was chaired on the Jewish side by Rabbi Riccardo di Segni, who replaced Rabbi Elio Toaff as Chief Rabbi of Rome. Rabbi di Segni openly and candidly expressed his own personal doubts about the compatibility of Christianity with Noahide prohibitions against idolatry and blasphemy.
Finally, it should be noted that Public Law 102-14 -- established from the Education Day, USA debacle - singles out one Jewish group as especially embodying the principles of Noahide Law: The ultra-orthodox Chabad Lubavitch Movement, known for its anal-retentive adherence to the tiniest detail of Talmudic Law, as well as its recent befriending of Russian President Vladmir Putin.
In the specific wording of the law, the Congress and the President of the United States declare that the group's rabbi is "universally respected and revered" and that the Lubavitch movement has "fostered and promoted these seven Noahide Laws." Since Jewish scholars themselves have proclaimed Lubavitch Talmudism to be the equivalent of the Pharisees of Christ's day, it is no great leap of logic to compare the universal adoption of Noahidic Law to an international revival of the Sanhedrin, the traditional Hebrew Supreme Court of rabbis.
Mankind will in effect be subjecting itself to the same shadowy amalgamation of intellectuals, clerics and occultists who ruled Judea in ancient times, and whom Jesus in his earthly ministry loudly denounced as,
"...scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!...you serpents, you generation of vipers, how will you escape the damnation of hell?" (Matt. 23:23, 33)
