Liberal White Boy – March 16, 2009
In my last post I alluded to the fact that there may be a disparity in the level of judicial compassion shown by one United States District Court for someone of Bernard Madoff's stature and persuasion and someone like...well Aafia Siddiqui a Muslim women originally from Pakistan.
Ms. Siddiqui appeared before Judge Ellis at a bail hearing in August last year. According to various accounts she was severely malnourished weighing less than 90 pounds, her nose had been broken and was improperly set, her teeth had been removed, the gun shot wound she received weeks earlier was incompetently dressed and oozing blood and her overall condition described as dire and life threatening. She was also described as incoherent and disoriented.
Judge Ellis of course denied Ms. Siddiqui's bail and her attorneys request that she be permitted to obtain medical treatment outside of the prison where she was confined and whose medical staff were incapable of properly dressing a gun shot wound. He not only denied these things but is reported to have quipped at the time that Ms. Siddiqui was extradited faster from Afghanistan than he was able to get someone extradited from Brooklyn. I'm sure the court reporter and bailiff laughed heartily at the Judge's rye wit. But if he was really going for laughs he should have commented on the Department of Justice's press release on how it was that Siddiqui came into the court's custody. There seems to be a number of accounts concerning what happened, but for now I'm going to stick with the DOJ's version, because quite frankly, it's the most entertaining.
Before I describe Ms. Siddiqui's Rambo like assault on members of our FBI, military personnel and interpreters, I would like to point out that this may not have been a fair fight.
Do you remember in the movie Gladiator how that punk ass Emperor Commodus stuck a shiv in Maximus' side before they were scheduled to fight in the Coliseum hours later. Before I give you the Government's account of what happened I must tell you that I think something like that may have happened here.
The day before Siddiqui was reported to have unleashed her 90 pound fury on our law enforcement and military personnel, she had been stopped by the Afghan police for loitering (before it's all over I'm sure she will face charges of terrorist jay walking also) in front of the police station in Ghazni, Afghanistan. On the previous day, July 17, 2008, when Siddiqui was detained by Afghan authorities, a number of items were in her possession, including handwritten notes that referred to a "mass casualty attack" and that listed various locations in the United States, including Plum Island, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and the Brooklyn Bridge.
Other notes in Siddiqui’s possession referred to the construction of "dirty bombs," and discussed various ways to attack "enemies," including by destroying reconnaissance drones, using underwater bombs, and using gliders. Siddiqui also possessed a computer thumb drive that contained correspondence referring to specific "cells," "attacks" by certain "cells," and "enemies." Other documents on the thumb drive discussed recruitment and training.
I ask you, what sort of self respecting terrorist wouldn't have a list of New York landmarks, especially while loitering in Ghazni?
But here is the funny part. The next day when members of a United States interview team were suppose to interview this bad ass lady, apparently some Afghan police jokester put Siddiqui behind an unsecured curtain in the meeting room without telling our boys. What a great sense of humor those crazy Afghans must have. Then when the interview was about to begin, much to their surprise, Siddiqui jumped out from the unsecured curtain, grabbed the army captain's M4 and opened fire. While this was going on apparently she had time to repeatedly state her intent and desire to kill Americans. She also is reported to have screamed Allahu Akbar in a further attempt to terrorize our interview team(that alone should result in a charge of terrorist battery). The 90 pound lady then punched out the interpreter who attempted to take the rifle from her after she fired a few rounds. Then she subsequently assaulted one of the FBI agents and the United States Army Captain, but not before the Captain shot her in the stomach with his side arm. The six men of the interview team were only able to wrestle her down and subdue her after she passed out from her loss of blood from the gun shot wound. Had she stayed conscious, I'm sure this ferocious lady would still be delivering Steven Seagal style karate chops to the heads of these brave men(One wonders why Siddiqui did not pull a grenade out of her skinny ass, affix it to the M4's grenade launcher and blow everyone in the police station to hell. Surely she had a grenade or could have taken one from her captors while she was explaining her intent to kill them).
But was this actually a fair fight? Or like Maximus did Siddiqui enter this contest severely disadvantaged? Not mentioned in the DOJ press release was the fact that this women, a legal resident of the United States with three American children had apparently disappeared while visiting Pakistan five years earlier. Some believe that at America's request she was renditioned while in Pakistan to Bagram prison. Bagram was the prison where that Taxi driver named Dilawar was tortured to death by sadistic Americans in our military in 2002 shortly before Ms. Siddiqui's arrival.
When beaten, he (Dilawar)
repeatedly cried "Allah!" The outcry appears to have amused U.S. military personnel, as the act of striking him in order to provoke a scream of "Allah!" eventually "became a kind of running joke," according to one of the MP's. "People kept showing up to give this detainee a common peroneal strike just to hear him scream out 'Allah,'" he said. "It went on over a 24-hour period, and I would think that it was over 100 strikes.". I wonder if Dilawar's orphan daughter has forgiven us yet? We did after all bring democracy to her country.
Anyway back to the point, many believe Ms. Siddiqui was prisoner number 650 aka the Grey Lady of Bagram, who reportedly had been the victim of years of torture, abuse and continuous rape. Perhaps this might explain her current fragile mental state and more importantly, her rudeness to her interviewers in our Government's fictional account of how she came into our custody.
Perhaps if Judge Ellis really wanted to bring the house down with his humor he might have quipped, how is it that this lady got to Afghanistan in the first place? Did she use the frequent flier miles the FBI believes she earned while on her trip to Liberia? Yes, while Ms. Siddiqui was living in Boston raising her American children and active in community affairs, the FBI believes she made a trip to Liberia to exchange blood diamonds on behalf of Al-Qaeda. This must be true because they got this information from the Liberian Intelligence Agency(LIA). This document does look pretty officious. I bet it was typed on an IBM Selectric like most of Liberia's important official documents.
Months later a judge from this court would rule that this Muslim Wonder Women was not fit to stand trial. But when you are a Muslim accused of terrorism in this country that really doesn't matter. Even when you are tried, and even if you are acquitted, as was the case with Sami Al-Arian, the government may still hold you as long as they please for any spurious allegation they wish. Just as they continue to hold this Wonder Woman.
Sometimes when I think about this so called war on terror I get very angry. Why do we need a war on terror when a simple police action might do? Don't get me wrong, I'm as angry at those 19 hijackers as anybody. But do you know who I am more angry with? The army of Apartheid Israel's Mossad spies that invaded our country in the year before 9/11 who had knowledge of what these sons of bitches were up to, and who did nothing. These bastards were living next door to the hijackers in the year before the attack. They had tapped their phones. They bugged their apartments. They monitored their every move. Some of them were seen in Liberty Park with a video camera in hand waiting for the first airliner to strike the towers. Then they posed with their camera in front of the burning towers in celebratory way. Dominick Suter, their Mossad moving company boss was in California to greet the first of the hijackers when they arrived over a year before 9/11. He was also the first to skedaddle back to Apartheid Israel after being interviewed by the FBI a few days after. His employees were picked up in their van by the Bergen County Police on 9/11. The County police officials told a local news paper that they found in their vehicle "maps of the city with certain places highlighted. It looked like they're hooked in with this" and "It looked like they knew what was going to happen when they were at Liberty State Park.". Maybe those cops got a look at the video tape before treasonous elements of our government classified them as well as the New York land mark maps found in Mossad's possession.
Do you remember in Wrestlemania XV when the Big Boss Man distracted the negligent referee and the Undertaker with some of his crazy antics? Then with the referees back turned one of the Big Boss Man's no good friends snuck up behind the Undertaker and cold cocked him with a chair inside the Hell Cell. It damn near knocked him out. Do you remember how outraged we felt at this injustice? We were all yelling at the referee to pay attention, but he didn't.
Well we got cold cocked on 9/11 too. Sucker punched by our so called best friend and ally, Israel. Our referees were negligent also. The enforcement branch of the Department of Justice, the FBI had five of these Mossad goons in their custody for weeks and then let them go. They also gave their ring leader Dominick Suter the time he needed to get out of the country after their first interview with him. Good work law enforcement guys. Way to protect Americans from the evil terrorists. The court that would have had jurisdiction over this travesty was none other than the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. At the time the Chief Judge of the court was Mr. Robert Mukasey an Orthodox Jew and Zionist. Although only two percent of our population is Jewish over one third of the Judges sitting on this court are Jewish(and that is excluding any contributions made by Jewish slavers to Judge Ellis' gene pool). Would the affinity many of these Jewish judges have for the Apartheid State affect their judgement if Israelis were found complicit in the most heinous attack on this country of all time. Can the Department of Justice be relied upon to do its job. Or would the army of Jewish attorneys at DOJ stand in the way of justice in the same way that those attorneys at the Securities and Exchange Commission failed to competently perform their duties in the Madoff fraud. I think we have our answer.
It is time to end the so called war on terror and focus our attention on those who could have stopped 9/11, but chose instead to let 3,000 Americans die, including hundreds of American Jews. And lets not forget the two wars that were justified because of 9/11. That is a lot of blood on the hands of the murderous Apartheid State of Israel. As if they needed any more.
