Luc Montagnier, a French virologist and recipient of the 2008 Nobel Prize in Medicine for his discovery of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), has recently exposed the dangers of the COVID-19 vaccines. Montagnier discussed the issue in an interview with Pierre Barnérias of Hold-Up Media earlier this month, which was exclusively translated from French into English for RAIR Foundation USA.
The vaccines don’t stop the virus, argues the prominent virologist, they do the opposite — they “feed the virus,” and facilitate its development into stronger and more transmittable variants. These new virus variants will be more resistant to vaccination and may cause more health implications than their “original” versions.
During the interview, professor Montagnier referred to the vaccine program for the coronavirus as an “unacceptable mistake.” Mass vaccinations are a “scientific error as well as a medical error,” he said. “The history books will show that, because it is the vaccination that is creating the variants.” Montagnier explained that “there are antibodies, created by the vaccine,” forcing the virus to “find another solution” or die. This is where the variants are created. It is the variants that “are a production and result from the vaccination.”
Montagnier details that the mutation and strengthening of the virus occurs owing to the phenomenon known as Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE). ADE is a mechanism that increases the ability of a virus to enter cells and cause a worsening of the disease. ADE occurs when the antibodies generated during an immune response recognize and bind to a pathogen, but they are unable to prevent infection. Instead, these antibodies act as a “Trojan horse,” allowing the pathogen to get into cells and exacerbate the immune response.
In America, routinely recommended vaccines do not cause ADE. If they did, they would be removed from circulation. Phase III clinical trials of new vaccines are designed to uncover frequent or severe side effects before the vaccine is approved for use. Typically, it takes 2-4 years to assess whether a vaccine is safe, but with COVID-19 vaccines, manufacturers are spending around six months or less for testing.
According to the Cambridge University, ADE occurs in SARS-CoV-1, MERS, HIV, Zika, and Dengue virus infection and vaccination.
Data from around the world confirms ADE occurs in SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19, says Montagnier. “You see it in each country, it’s the same: the curve of vaccination is followed by the curve of deaths. I’m following this closely and I am doing experiments at the Institute with patients who became sick with Corona after being vaccinated.”
In a medical documentary Hold Up: Return of the Chaos, released in France on November 11, 2020, Montagnier rejected the then-upcoming vaccine against COVID, saying he will not be vaccinated. “My conscience tells me not to,” he said. Montagnier also addressed his French colleagues, urging them “to uphold their [medical] titles as doctors, not as the sheep.”
The movie discusses the origins of the virus, criticizes harmful and irrational mask mandates as well as lockdowns, quarantines, abuses of government overreach, and explores effective COVID treatments such as hydroxychloroquine. The video was banned on YouTube, possibly because the creators imply the World Economic Forum used the pandemic to establish world dominance as a part of a global plan that is known as the Great Reset.
Montagnier has been a vocal critic of the mass vaccination campaign. In a letter to the President and Judges of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel, which unrolled the world’s speediest and the most massive vaccination campaign, Montagnier urged for its suspension:
“I would like to summarize the potential dangers of these vaccines in a mass vaccination policy.
- Short-term side effects: these are not the normal local reactions found for any vaccination, but serious reactions involve the life of the recipient such as anaphylactic shock linked to a component of the vaccine mixture, or severe allergies or an autoimmune reaction up to cell aplasia.
- Lack of vaccine protection:
2.1 Induction of facilitating antibodies – the induced antibodies do not neutralize a viral infection, but on the contrary facilitate it depending on the recipient. The latter may have already been exposed to the virus asymptomatically. A low level of naturally induced antibodies may compete with the antibodies induced by the vaccine.
2.2 The production of antibodies induced by vaccination in a population highly exposed to the virus will lead to the selection of variants resistant to these antibodies. These variants can be more virulent or more transmissible. This is what we are seeing now. An endless virus-vaccine race that will always turn to the advantage for the virus.
- Long-term effects: Contrary to the claims of the manufacturers of messenger RNA vaccines, there is a risk of integration of viral RNA into the human genome. Indeed, each of our cells has endogenous retroviruses with the ability to reverse transcriptase from RNA into DNA. Although this is a rare event, its passage through the DNA of germ cells and its transmission to future generations cannot be excluded.

Earlier last year, Montagnier presented a powerful case proving that SARS-CoV2 could only be a genetically engineered coronavirus, therefore the vaccine strategy should be based on that fact.
As reported by French Soir, in his television interview of April 17, 2020, Montagnier drew attention to the presence of at least half a dozen mini-sequences of the HIV virus grouped together in a short segment of the SARS-Cov2 genome. This observation was published by the mathematician Jean-Claude Perez in February 2020 under the title “Synthetic origin of Covid-19 and Evolution.” These mini-sequences, researchers believe, could be exogenous information elements (EIA), that is, they can have genetic significance. They assert that this unmistakable presence of concentrated EIAs, in relation to HIV but also with the Yoeli Plasmodium parasite, the agent responsible for malaria, would not be natural and therefore would require an adequate strategy to develop a safe and effective vaccine. Montagnier and Perez explain the scientific challenges and complexity to develop vaccines against HIV and malaria, both of which still have no vaccines to combat infection.
Montagnier argues the coronavirus had escaped in an “industrial accident,” while Chinese scientists at the Wuhan city laboratory were trying to develop a vaccine against HIV.
Back in April 2020, Montagnier urged people to refuse vaccines against COVID-19 when they become available, because “instead of preventing the infection, they [would] accelerate infection.” Today, the newly occurring variants of SARS-CoV-2 that affect vaccinated people prove his thesis. In this case, mass vaccination may cause a new, more deadly wave of pandemic.
The same thesis is shared by the Belgium virologist Vanden Bossche, who is also calling for a halt to the mass-vaccination programs. He believes that if the jabs are not halted, they could lead to the evolution of stronger and stronger variants of the virus until a “supervirus” takes hold and wipes out huge numbers of people.
This guy appears to me to be an intended distraction to make what ensues look like an “accident”, as he says of the vaccines (that are not vaccines and shouldn’t be called as such by a guy of his supposed scientific stature), “allowing the virus to enter the cells”, as he says. That seems strange because the mRNA shots contain not the virus, but the spike protein that by default is a vehicle to enter the cells.
The virus itself is supposedly not in the shots (the two mRNA versions).
The “error” narrative is always used in psyops, to reinforce the plausible deniability theme…

The disease has never been proven to exist, and the idea of a “virus” was pure invention anyway when (((they))) ran out of “germs” and wanted to revive the old “evil spirits” theory of disease, where the imagined cause, being invisible and undetectable, could be said to be anywhere and everywhere.
There has never been, and never can be, a “virus” capable of causing illness in Humans. This whole scamdemic is nothing but a scare story masking a worldwide communist power grab.

This is good news. Along with ex chief scientist Michael Yeadon and a large, growing list of doctors and scientists worldwide, tptb are going to have an incredibly hard job of shutting all of these people up, save executing them, heaven forbid….
No, all it’s going to take, really, is for one asleep individual, who’s lost a loved one to covid, to come across, just one of these many individuals and join the dots. They’ll already be suffering from the Kubler Ross model on the 5 Stages of Grief and this will trigger a switch to look for more. And they’ll find it, essentially their awakening. The anger will turn into frustration and eventually hatred. TPTB are really digging their graves and Bill Gates, with all his smiles, fails to see that his days, really are, numbered. Soon the vast majority of the world’s population will see him for what he truly is – a fraud, a charlatan, an eugenicist, a psychopath and someone who wants to kill 95% of the world’s population – a mass murderer of horrific proportions, who makes all previous tyrants look like saints.

You are filled with hope when you read articles like this. Although, people do need to realise that they’re going to have to get their hands dirty, because no justice system is going to start prosecuting those they essentially work for and that’s where the problem lies therein.
All judiciary, all police, all governments and all armed forces have to be IMMEDIATELY separated from any connection to the state and aristocracy and turned into organizations, by the people for the people, first and foremost. In doing so, all restrictions of prosecution, doing the bidding and obligated defense of is immediately severed.
We need to start pushing common law courts and destroying all forms of legality, regardless. This will also result in millions of court cases to prosecute those who have done constant wrong, within the judiciary, police, armed forces and political class. And then we can start doing the same with journalists, academics, scientists, doctors etc etc. Once the foundations are destroyed, the house of cards will topple down, once and for all.
Maybe this is step one of two steps. The virus is a death thing. But once the people believe in mutations, it is easy to blame it on the unvaccinated…

The premise of this piece: SARS-CoV-2 is real, actual, we have to deal effectively with this Faucistein-funded “industrial accident”. This most reputable scientific evidence from the renowned Montagnier that the vaccines are a Trojan horse to make people more vulnerable is further supported by the facts that people who have been vaccinated are overwhelming the ones now being diagnosed as Covid cases. However, like all experts, Montagnier has great difficulty in getting out of his silo and commenting on the likely malfeasance and intent of this top-down, all-pervasive network of universal authority trying to ensure that everyone is vaccinated. Of course, he wants the truth of his scientific view to prevail with the diplomacy of not being too accusatory. The priority is to convince them simply to get them to back off and stop the nonsense, saying it is an “unacceptable mistake”.
Most certainly there are many people of influence in the ruling Western corporatocracy who are dutifully carrying out the commands of their superiors and who are mistaken and have no intent to harm anyone. However, at the very top of this omnipotent establishment structure are the planners and decision makers, who have ignored all of the actual harms of their plandemic, and have continued with their lockstep plans to make most of their restrictions carry on as long as possible for their New Normal World Order.
Despite the many people in the banking, corporate and government structures making up the corporatocracy following orders having no real intention to harm anyone, nevertheless they remain in the firm grip of some hideous and highly organized strength carrying out their lockstep plans. They will not break ranks and follow the truth revealed by Montagnier unless it comes from the top of their structure. However, when everything blows up in their faces with the next flu season and those they continued to vaccinate are suffering even worse symptoms and complications, it is their present compliance with the ogre orders which will condemn their actions as totally “unacceptable”, and they will take all of the blame, and never the hidden potentiates. That is precisely why those who are decent people in these structures have to break ranks and reveal all that is going on.
On the malfeasance side of the equation, when you connect all of the dots including the fact that the virus was a lab enhanced Coronavirus and the entire pandemic was planned, I will say it for the umpteenth time that, they would not have released it unless they knew who would be most vulnerable and unless they had some kind of vaccine. Knowing the effects of the virus, they could not accurately gage how many it would actually kill once released into the general population and outside of their previous, carefully-controlled lab conditions, but they certainly would know what kinds of people would be most vulnerable. The planners also had to know for such an operation there would be a demand for a vaccine, and they deliberately orchestrated that alleged emergency, while they jacked up the death numbers by calling any death they could a Covid death. These are facts now, and easily proven. It is no longer theory. It is inconceivable that with this particular virus which they released and which they experimented with over many years, that they would not have also developed the mRNA vaccine prototypes. That is the really scary thing, that they actually knew the vaccines were harmful and that they would be useful to deliberately prolong the entire plandemic.
