I admit i have an extensive criminal record, but i was o incensed how this woman had been treated that i went into my local Q E hospital and the UK flagship hospital Addenbrookes and filmed how empty both of them were, i keep posting the film on the net and it keeps being taken down

All the usual mistakes. You never talk to the police. Let the police do their intimidation & bullying. Don’t say anything to the police. Wait until you get in front of a magistrate or judge. When they release you, phone 101 and make an official complaint stating what the police did to you. I have made complaints against police officers & ended up talking to a Chief Inspector for an hour on the phone. The problem for Mrs. Hicks is that the police have started the mental health ball rolling. She should never have talked to the police & I’m baffled why they opened the front door? More baffled why they didn’t send at least one female officer?
If you are going to post a video or make any controversial content posted on social media, you should expect a visit from the police state, so you should be ready. First, talk to the police from an open upstairs window while you film it. Better still, move in with a friend so hubby can deal with the flack… in this case. He would film it and post it online.
My advice to anyone in the protest movement, get off your googled phones, get off Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. Get a completely deGoogled phone. All of these sites, apps & phones have user identities. If you are serious about protesting, get off these systems. In the case of Mrs. Hicks, she should lever her google tacked phone at home if she moves in with a friend.

I think they will try and put this lady in prison, they done it with the guy a few months back for the same thing. The scum coppers must have been told to terrorise her, bad enough putting the cuffs on her, but the hands behind the back is unbelievable, the way they treated her in the station is as she said horrific, I would put money on it, that when the order came to arrest her they gave the job to the two biggest scumbags that worked out of that piggery. You also handled yourself very well when the bullies in uniform came to drag you from your bed and home. And to make this video now with these threats from the police hanging over you shows ten times more courage than any of those cowards that came for you. The only reason that this snivelling government are going to lock us all down again now (seems like we are in for another full lockdown any day ) is to stop people doing exactly what you did, because most hospitals are probably as empty as the one you filmed.

We don’t know what happened between cuts in her video within the hospital grounds, but I suspect one reason they are trying to slap a public order charge on Debbie.
They are trying to do her for Section 5 of the Public Order Act which could be based on her video upload.
Because she swore on camera and uploaded it, it is possible they will try the section 5 route that her conduct was not aimed at anyone, but her conduct was found to be abusive or insulting (such as swearing) and was heard by someone in the hospital but she wasn’t aware of someone close by that may of heard her.
It is very thin and just not strong enough for a conviction but a person can be bailed as it is a lesser of the public order acts. This is what I suspect.

What Debbie described in her video is exactly what I observed and experienced in a communist country where I used to live. The difference between Western countries and communist ones is that people there knew that the police were their mortal enemy. In the West a great many people still believe that the police are to serve and protect them. Wrong! Debbie’s experience with Britain’s finest (assholes?) is a prime example of misuse of police force as a tool of oppression. The police turn citizens into “criminals”. It is insane!
