There are at least 21,000 dead people on the state of Pennsylvania’s voter rolls, according to an amended lawsuit filed on Thursday.
A lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) alleges that there are at least 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls. The lawsuit claims that Pennsylvania failed to “reasonably maintain” their voter registration records under federal and state law in time for the 2020 presidential election.
“As of October 7, 2020, at least 9,212 registrants have been dead for at least five years, at least 1,990 registrants have been dead for at least ten years, and at least 197 registrants have been dead for at least twenty years,” the lawsuit states.
“Pennsylvania still left the names of more than 21,000 dead individuals on the voter rolls less than a month before one of the most consequential general elections for federal officeholders in many years,” the lawsuit continues.
According to the lawsuit, about 92 percent of the 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls died sometime before October 2019. About 216 dead people show voting credits after federally listed dates of death in 2016 and 2018, the lawsuit alleges.
“This case is about ensuring that those deceased registrants are not receiving ballots,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. “This case isn’t complicated.” He continued:
For nearly a year, we’ve been offering specific data on deceased registrants to Pennsylvania officials for proper handling ahead of what was expected to be a tight outcome on Election Day. When you push mail voting, your voter list maintenance mistakes made years ago will come back to haunt in the form of unnecessary recipients and nagging questions about unreturned or outstanding ballots.
In May, Pennsylvania election officials admitted that duplicate ballots were mailed out to registered voters. Likewise, Judicial Watch sued Pennsylvania for allegedly having 800,000 inactive voters on their state voter rolls.
The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The case number is No. 1:20-cv-01905.

I just want to say that in my lifetime, there has never been an honest US election, irrespective of the winner. I don’t know how Trump won in 2016, but I have a fairly good idea why he might lose.
I videoed my TV during the Scottish referendum. I could only do this due to the play back feature. This was around 4am… I was not up following, I just happened to wake up and flicked the fake screen on. So my believe is that BBC gatekeepers were sorting their coffee, in the loo, or just very tired. So, the screen shows a fairly quiet and empty counting center. There are three ladies sitting at a desk doing nothing apart from chatting. An election offiicial (male) walks over to the 3 ladies holding a large black bin which has no lid. He reaches into the bin with one hand and pulls out a ‘neat’ stack of ballot papers for the ladies to count. I ain’t going into all the bad stuff going on in this short vodeo. So I rewound and videoed it. Apart from the very doddgy opinion polls and the regimes use of fake news fear mongering, anyone who thinks the Scottish referendum was a straight vote, is a fool. My view, the Scots were fools for not jumping ship in greater numbers. I don’t trust Nicola Surgeon who seems really happy to ramp up the national debt, that Scotland will need to take its share should they actually get independence. Scotland also has lots of oil and gas reserves which the sheeple don’t know about. The Scots could be a lot like Norway, certainly a much more wealthy country. Norway’s average hourly rate of pay is just under €50 pre hour. Norway has the worlds largest Soverign Wealth Fund and they draw down around 10% per year for world leading infrastructure projects. UK regimes have spoofed their NSea revenues. Tony Ben started the spoofing, but Thatcher used it to bankroll her privatisation program. The UK regime has a huge motive to destroy the oil & gas economy, not just Scotland, but Russia as well.
I don’t know what to make of the Trump side’s claim the ballot papers were marked and the Biden side walked into the trap. If that was so why would Trump need to raise $60 million to fight this in court according to some sources, when the government department said to be in charge of voter integrity, the Department of Homeland Security, should be able to proceed with all lawsuits as a matter of state?
Isn’t that like the British government claiming the lockdown is legal but Boris Johnson had to take out a lawsuit to prove it? The contradiction does not support the claim.
This voter fraud is just too obvious. The PTB are making sure we know it’s voter fraud –

Reading my earlier comment I didn’t express very well my doubts over Trump’s claim of Democrat fraud. I believe the Democrats have been excessively fraudulent, but I suspect Trump is unable to prove this without risking evidence of Republican fraud also. His wish to take it to court under his own legal team instead of letting the DHS prosecute the case could be because whereas Trump’s own legal team can avoid raising that possibility, it’s not so easy for the DHS, a government body, to sidestep Republican fraud if any is uncovered.
You have to hand it to Trump, he has taken on the whole of the global Deep State (not his faction of course ) and is virtually on his own in the White House. It take a special breed to undertake such a challenge. Whatever happens, he has highlighted the fact that the US is now a banana republic. No country will take US politics seriously after this. One effect of this will be financial ruin. The markets will factor all this in, and foreign countries will be looking elsewhere for financial security. The dollar will not remain as reserve currency much longer. Empires always end in chaos.
Democrats breed millions of dole Blacks as a voter bloc and these give themselves millions of extra votes by hand so that America can be a grinning fat monkey-town.
