In my view. the snake represents Evil. And the woman represents Western society.
We embraced the snake and now we are experiencing the reckoning.

What most people don’t realize is that the Adam/Eve or ‘Fall of Man’ mythology (pilfered & distorted by Jews from Sumerian sources) is simply an allegory exemplifying the destructive socioracial consequences of miscegenation or bestiality.

In this passage and the Old Testament one referred to, it is clear that the serpent symbolizes evil, biting and infecting the Hebrews with sin and its effects. To cure the people of their snake bite (likely the sinful habit and guilt) God tells Moses to make a “fiery” serpent (one made out of brass or bronze) and to hang it on a staff or pole, and have the people look on it to be cured. My own interpretation is that we have here the crooked snake with no real integrity, whose plight is to slither on the ground, which signifies it is confined the horizontal worldly plain, as if it is barred from the vertical in which the upward direction is the connection to God, his power, and his realm or will. The fiery image of this convoluted and fleshy creature with no integrity to be upright in the world before God, is taken and fastened to a pole, and lifted up and exposed for everyone who has been bitten to gaze upon. Even before Christ, the age-old remedy for sin and its ill effects (likely both physical and spiritual) was its public exposure with the reconciliation of the person’s fidelity to the upright law of God.
