Parsing The World Lockdown Plan Leaked
Last week, someone leaked the plan to destroy the world economy, take everyone’s money, vaccinate everyone and incarcerate anyone who refuses.
We can bury our heads in the sand and pretend it isn’t true. or we can mobilize. If BLM can do it, so can we. The situation is dire. The longer we wait, the harder it will be.
(and it’s not just one shot; it’s a “schedule” of vaccines.)

I can understand why some people dismissed Viral! World Lockdown Plan Leaked. Very disturbing to hear that your society has been subverted and your government is stealing your freedom and your property.
However, this leak is consistent with longtime Communist and Noahide dogmas that call for the enslavement of mankind and the extermination of all those who refuse to accept enslavement. They plan to reduce everyone to serf status, dependent on the government for survival. Ultimately this lifeline will be cut off.
I have never wanted more to be wrong but this document is authentic and too important to ignore. Apart from the fact that it is consistent with UNAgenda 21, (the globalist plan for the 21st century) the way objections and democracy were brushed aside is typical of how our self-appointed masters behave. Compare this leak with another leak from 1969. The agenda is the same.
The Canadian government has already made plans for concentration camps. When Ontario MPP Randy Hillier asked about it, his microphone was shut off.
This program is already proving to be true in Toronto and Winnipeg where I live: “Phase in secondary lockdown restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020.”
Health passports are already being rolled out in Ireland. Australia is another sign that this leak is authentic!

In 2010, Canadian health commissar Theresa Tan, right, said there will be mandatory quarantine camps for people who are “non-compliant.” Millions of people are unemployed and dependent on the government already.
Yet, according to my poll, about half of you think this leak is a hoax or don’t know. This patriot is trying to warn us and half of us dither or dismiss him. I can understand that the media is causing cognitive dissonance, but how much more proof do we need?

Several committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if they refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the HealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling.

Mobilize through the internet and you are a dead duck. Mobilize only with people you trust in cells locally. Network from there with common aims and other ways of communicating. However, people need a Declaration of Independence, or a Declaration of Unity based on Common Basic Principles, and saying what government and power elite practices they want to eradicate.
Also, what I see happening in the official opposition taking shape in some places looks a lot like “controlled opposition”. It will be hard these days even to trust lawyers. Getting things and hopes caught up in the courts may placate people and throw off chances of people coming together in any real and formidable front of opposition. Woe is to us because of the pandemic which may kill us all. Woe is to us because of the debt bubble which is going to make us homeless and starving. Surely, our governments must step in and take control of our lives, to make us “safe” and to stop us from infecting one another. Our governments must also resolve the largest debt in history, liable to erupt any time now and destroy all of our assets, and poison all of our trade relations with other nations. Surely, the safest and wisest thing we can do is to trust our governments, and the ruling financial elites, who have such a history of “fairness”. Right?
The planned Debt Reset is central to all of their resets to gain control over us. The technocratic ones like with a global digital currency with the central banks controlling all transactions, is completely dependent on it. According to the power elite, “the books have to be balanced” with currencies, debts and credits on a global scale, and we in the West are essentially debtor nations. So where is that money or wealth to come from? Certainly not from the power elites, their families, or from the toady Davos crowd.
Utilizing the economic and social controls from the Covid scam, and making people and economies more and more dependent on fiat money handouts, their Debt Reset plans necessitate dividing the middle-class and wage earning “haves” from the increasing, insecure “have-not” majority. That is what they did in Cyprus back in 2015. That is precisely why they have put all economic security for us under their gun and at risk for us.
They will likely refuse to bail out the commercial banks, and with bail-ins the commercial banks will try to balance their own books, but that will not be enough for many of them and the central banks, as planned, will take over as the major and direct lending banks. That is part of the plan. However, that will do nothing to balance the internal government debts, or foreign debt obligations. For our governments to participate in any global or international currency scheme with some substance to it, assets are needed. Creditor nations like China, Russian and India, have vast gold reserves, and can back any new currency. We cannot unless……. Hence, the Debt Reset calls for our indebted our Western nations to put up some kind of collateral on the table to balance the books, to participate in their global trading club. I can see our play-along, lying governments calling in all the gold and silver, which fits in with seizing and selling properties to anyone, including foreigners, to raise real capital to participate in only global currency scheme. Scratch the surface of the history in the spend-thrift US over the past 30 years and you will find the connection between tracks of wilderness land and national resources being used as collateral for flooding the world with treasures to back the weak collateral just based on mortgages with insecure real property values. This is done in mainly for collateral from the trade imbalances.
Our nations have very little in the way of bullion reserves. For any digital currency leading to a global one (as is the major priority of this same globalist power elite), it appears we will have to buy into it. Where is that real wealth to come from if our fiat currency will not do?
The cartel and corporate elites (and the Davos crowd) know full-well what is going on. They are behind all of this. They are the ones who coined the expression ‘sustainability’ as they invested and spread industrial development around the world making huge fortunes in the process, while offshoring and outsourcing vast amounts of capital, machinery, technology, know-how, and jobs from our nations. The investments started in the 1980’s at the same time the power elites were planning Agenda 21 and deliberately creating the Western economic debt bubble.
This same elite has huge foreign investments everywhere. Tey have made huge personal fortunes on our backs, and have deliberately brought our nations to the brink of seeming economic ruin. Yet, it is we the people who have to give up our relatively meager private holdings to the balance the books which they have cooked, beginning with their opening up of free trade with China, and their control of our banking industry, lending, government expenditures, and their manipulations to maintain a volatile stock market in which they and their insiders always make huge fortunes based on their control of the money supply. They create the debt and yet we have to pay for it, and they further are the very crooks that our puppet governments are entrusting with the Great Reset, to lead us into their New World Order in which they will continue to control finances and currencies, pumps and dumps, while debt-rigging if they can every nation on the planet in the process, and while they concentrate and consolidate to themselves and their insiders more and more wealth and power into their control. That is really what they mean by “fairer”. That is their entire history in a nut shell.
Apart from their control-freak, technocratic planning to lock us mentally, spiritually, and physically into their control grids, for “smarter” world, their entire plan calls also for their imposition of a “fairer” world, and that is were the World Debt Reset plan dovetails with their planned digital currencies in their planned technocratic AI grids, and “health passports” for alleged “contact tracing” purposes. Taking private property for promises of a guaranteed annual income is total communism, and a design to remove any aspect of individual integrity or family aspirations from the people. People now with meager assets are acting in fear, looking for secure assets, and using their sweat capital to buy bullion, high-tech stocks, crypto, and properties if they can. However, none of these assets will be secure with unchecked governments looking to seize any asset of value in order to keep doling out income to everyone. They can do that only for a short while on our fiat currencies before their money is worthless, and because their Reset plans are in fact inimical to real economic growth, or any kind of growth, anymore for the West, once they have distributed everything according to their “fairer” plans, all we will have is Soviet-style sustainability, with economic stagnation, and eventual privation.
However, their plans for the Reset call for us to give up our fiat currencies (for a time) and join in with some partial bullion-based digital currency to facilitate world trade and our participation in the world economy. Sounds, reasonable, but to do this and to allow global “sustainable development” we will have to buy into this new real currency, and our broke governments can only look to the assets that we the people own, or those like lands and resources, they can put in reserve, in order to do this.
One does not have to be a capitalist, rich, or even a landlord, to realize that a home is essentially one’s castle and what most family people work very hard for all of their lives. We notice that our corrupt, slithering governments are not promising free houses, free foods, and amenities of your choice, plus family security, in exchange for our compliance with their Debt Reset plans. No, these are the governments of our Western nations doing the panned lockstep dances of their elite puppet masters controlling world finances, and promising to take our homes for their paper money, which should last until the next change of government, which did not make such a promise. .
The power-elite, central command has propagated the idea that because of the huge Western debt bubble (which our Covid scam governments keep adding billions to every day), that the West is bankrupt while the developing East are now our creditors. That is one premise. Another, is that we cannot stop world development. All we can do is to try to control it – hence “sustainable development.” This means that “they”, the power elites in cooperation with all governments who have signed on to Agendas 21 and 2030, have agreed to all of those sustainability ends on our behalf. Hence, control of world finances is now suddenly necessary, as is their proposals for a UN with teeth, and a Global Bank.
Coincidentally, the West since free trade and development began with China began in the 1980s’, in two short decades since then our Wester nations have been turned into debtor nations, while China has become the world’s leading “creditor” nation. We have the largest debt bubble in history and China has the largest credit bubble in history. This process was started by the same Western power elites, at precisely the same time in the 1980’s this same power elite started planning Agenda 21. They always meticulously plan things at least 50 years in advance.
However, it is not just “free trade” with nations which we are unable to compete with in terms of labor costs which is the problem. The major problem is with the same power elites who have made trillions with Chinese investments, in particular, who have been controlling our finances, our banks, our markets, our governments, our leading political parties, and the mainstream media. Coincidentally, in their managing of our economies and budgets they are totally “responsible”, not only for foreign trade imbalances with places like China, but for our very government debts. They are “responsible” because they are the ones who have been in complete “control” of everything. Now they are in the process of wanting to bring the entire world into a higher tier of their control, and to completely subjugate our nations.
It is the huge foreign investments and the engineered “debt-rigging”, and “deficit-financing”, for which this same power elite is directly responsible. They are directly responsible for creating the mother of all debt bubbles which they now say requires that we the people of the West are to resolve. This resolution, we see did not come about by any free choice or any real “fairness” on their part toward us. They who have made trillions in their mad march to develop China and control world finances, did so on our backs while impoverishing us. It has all to come about by their stealth, manipulations, and fear mongering.
History tells us, that it is not usury interest which has been the real plague of Western civilization, but the practice of those who control the lending of money doing to debt rig, incite conflict, and to control people and exploit their assets. It is the age-old practice of using people through loaning them money in order to control them, and that is what I mean by “debt rigging” and which should be synonymous with the word ‘usury’. Our central banks (the same power elites behind the UN Agendas and the Resets) have done this with third-world nations all over the world to control their resources, their development, their governments, and the peoples’ lives.

For anyone these days to honestly think, much less to maintain, that this same ruthless group of power elites have not done exactly the same thing with our own Western economies, budgets, and debts, for their absolute control over our governments and lives, they are either insane, completely ignorant, or an absolute liar.
