Germany was demonized in order to cover up the extraordinary war crimes of the British under Churchill, Halifax and those of the Americans and the contribution of the Versailles Treaty to WW II. This also required fake history to protect the reckless and criminal military dictatorship of Poland that conducted a long-term Kristallnacht against the Germans that the Versailles Treaty had given to Poland. Poland started the war enabled by the insane “guarantee” given by Chamberlain, the purpose of which was to give Britain an excuse to keep Germany down with another war.
UPDATE: A reader pointed out that Senator Lindsey Graham’s proposal of a defense agreement with Israel against Iran is the same as the British guarantee to Poland and has the same likelihood to result in war.
Hallifax, Churchill and the British who favored war were too stupid to realize that America’s liberal hero, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, also wanted Britain at war with Germany in order to finish off the British Empire and leave the US as the undisputed world power whose dollar would become the world reserve currency.

Polish government of 1939 was a group of idiots/degenerates completely dependent on Judeomasonry from Paris and London. In 1938/39 they were negotiating Polish participation in planned war on Soviet Union. German government offered them Ukraine (historically area of expansion for Polish-Jewish oligarchs) and asked for a land connection, a highway to East Prussia through “Polish Corridor” and consent for unification of Frei Stadt Danzing with the Reich. Their answer was: No, No, because they followed orders from Paris/London.
Poland wwas completely unprepared for this war, September 1939 was a total compromitation for the Polish regime. Idiots-degenerates-criminals, like today.

i watched the supposed death toll rise between the years 1987 and 1995.
in 1987 our schools syllabus for the year books stated the death toll was 0.7 but in the opening class of that year we were told to biro onto the actual text of the book and draw a line through the 0.7 and write above it “1.2” ( million ).
as students we all said this was odd only to see the total rise endlessly until it reached 6 million over the next 10 years or so.
As was the bombing of Pearl Harbor, what the Japanese woke up one day and said life is so boring lately, hey let’s go bomb Pearl Harbor. Why did they do it is not written in the history books, for it would prove again them wrong.
I think the shortest and best answer to the question as to why Germany invaded Poland was given by the German Chancellor Willy Brandt:
It was a gamble that didn’t pay off.
Hitler gambled away those lands which in the past used to be Polish and were subsequently colonized (not always successfully) by Germans.
Hopefully Germany’s next gamble will result in further territorial losses to Poland.
I praise Paul Craig Roberts for his insight into many subjects. He has finally done his homework on the causes of WW2, and is right on the money. It’s an undeniable fact, only Hitler, of all the major leaders of the 1930’s to 40’s, was putting out peace proposals to counter another world war.
