According to Linda Tripp it was Hillary and not Bill Clinton who directed the final assault on Waco.

During an interview in early February 2001 the former White House aide alleged that Hillary Clinton pressured the late Vincent Foster to resolve the Waco standoff. As a result more than eighty men, women and children were killed. Appearing on CNN’s “Larry King Live” Tripp suggested that Foster, at Mrs Clinton’s direction, transmitted the order to move on the Branch Davidian’s Waco compound, which culminated in a military style attack on the wooden building.

Her accusations lend weight to charges made previously by Special Forces expert and Waco investigator, Steve Barry. According to the former Special Forces member, Hillary set up a special “crises centre” in the White House to deal with Waco. Serving with her in the centre was Vincent Foster who, according to his widow was subsequently: “fuelled by horror at the carnage at Waco for which the White House had ultimately been responsible.”

Foster himself was found dead, from a gun-shot wound to the head, in a Virginia park three months later. Could he have known too much about Waco?

Journalist Ambrose Evans-Pritchard maintains that Foster had been “drafting a letter involving Waco” on the very day of his death. Moreover Evans-Pritchard says that Foster kept a Waco file in a locked cabinet that was off limits to everyone, including his secretary.

Prior to Waco, Foster was “dignified, decent, caring, smart” says Linda Tripp; in its aftermath though, she said: “…Vince was falling apart.”

She was with the former White House deputy counsel when the news about Waco broke on television. “A special bulletin came on showing the atrocity at Waco and the children. And his face, his whole body slumped, and his face turned white, and he was absolutely crushed – knowing the part he had played.”

“And he had played the part at Mrs Clinton direction,” said Tripp.

Moreover there was a marked contrast between Foster’s heartfelt emotion at the Waco tragedy and Hillary Clinton’s, Tripp insists: “Her reaction was heartless”.

Her accusations give further weight to allegations first levelled in the 1999 documentary on the deadly confrontation, “Waco: A New Revelation.” The film featured the account of former House Waco investigator T. March Bell. “One of the interesting things that happens in an investigation is that you get anonymous phone calls,” Bell explained in the film. “And we in fact received anonymous phone calls from Justice Department managers and attorneys who believe that pressure was placed on Janet Reno by Webb Hubbel, pressure that came from the first lady of the United States.”

Mrs Clinton grew more and more impatient as the Waco stand-off came to dominate the headlines during the early months of the Clinton administration, said Bell. It was she, according to Bell’s sources, who pressured a reluctant Janet Reno to act.

“Give me a reason not to do this,” Reno is said to have begged aides shortly before orders were issued for the final assault.

What actually happened in Waco, according to the information I have been given is as follows:

1) As early as Sunday afternoon or evening, April 18th (shortly after your conference with President Clinton), calls went in to the Parkland Hospital in Dallas–the very same hospital where President Kennedy was taken after his assassination in Dealey Plaza on November 22nd 1963 — again, at the hands of CIA professional killers — to be prepared to receive a large number of serious burn victims from Waco the following day.

2) On the morning of April 19th, the same Delta Force commando team — actually, a select group of the CIA’s top professional killers — which would have carried what I have referred to above the “penultimate plan,” had it been approved — was on the ground in Waco to carry out all aspects of the “wet” operation planned for that Monday.

3) This mass murder was then to be covered up and made to look like a “mass suicide” — just like Jonestown — thereby layering one monstrous CIA lie upon another — since both Waco and Jonestown were CIA mass murders, and not mass suicides.

4) This Delta Force was composed of 15 men in all, headed by a Lieutenant Colonel who was a CIA liaison officer. The group flew into Texas on their own C-130 transport plane, parked it at the Waco or Dallas airport all day, then departed once their “dirty work” had been completed. The plane belongs to Triangle.

5) Among the 15 men in this larger group, there were two (2) smaller operational teams — the 4-man team which actually made the insertion into the compound, as described in detail below, and a back up team, which apparently was never used.

6) These were all dressed in black — black pants, black shoes, black jackets, black gas masks, black gloves — very poetic for a black or wet operation — and were dressed to look like all the other FBI officers on the ground — probably even wearing jackets with FBI insignias on them (though I am not certain of this), so that to any outside observer, there would have been virtually no way of telling these four men apart from any of the other federal officers on the scene at the time.

7) The whole nation watched on TV that morning as the FBI used M1-A1 tanks to punch holes in the exterior walls of the compound’s living quarters. We were later told that at the same time they had battered down these walls, the tanks had also lobbed massive quantities of a very virulent form tear gas into the compound.

8)This tear gas had been designed to be used for crowd control — i.e. it was so virulent and irritating that even in a fresh air out of doors situation, it was guaranteed to cause people to flee from its presence simply in order to be able to breathe.

9) Now, it was being used in a closed, indoor, living quarter’s situation where 95 men, women and children were trapped inside. The logical expectation would have been that all 95 of these persons would have fled out-of-doors instantly, just to be able to breath. But strangely, not a single person came out of the compound — even after this noisome substance had been poured into the compound in enormous quantities over a period of several hours.

10) The logical therefore arises: Why? Why did not ANY of these 95 men, women and children — particularly the women and children — instantly flee for fresh air into the out of doors? The answer we have been given by the news media and the official FBI spokesman is that David Koresh and his cult members had stockpiled and outfitted themselves with gas masks

What was actually propelled into the compound was a nerve reagent — a neuro toxin — NERVE GAS a virulent poisonous substance like curare — which instantly paralyzed and rendered totally helpless and defenseless all of the 95 men, women and children inside the compound — except for those 9, later rescued, like David Thibideaux, who were on the 2nd and 3rd floor with their windows wide open on both sides, and who were thus spared the deadly effects of this tear gas/nerve gas combination.

For all the others, they could no longer coordinate their muscles in the effort required even just to get up, much less flee to the life sustaining fresh air outside, only a few feet away.

This is an extremely serious matter, Attorney General Reno. For it means that here the U.S. military, the FBI, and the Justice Department — directed by the CIA — used nerve gas on innocent men, women and children in our civilian population — and then proceeded to murder them in cold blood, as is set out in detail below. This clearly rises to the level of War Crimes on a civilian population during peace time, an unspeakable human rights violation.

And it was committed by our intelligence community against innocent men, women and children — simply to bury the truth concerning the CIA’s criminal use of mind control programming to “manufacture” “Manchurian Candidate type” robot assassins whose very existence is an unspeakable outrage, in and of itself.

13) They were dropped onto the roof of the compound by one of the several low-flying, heavily armed military helicopters which hovered overhead throughout much of the day — while all of the television cameras were focused on the outside of the building at ground level — for example, focusing on the tanks which had just lobbed the tear gas/nerve gas combination into the building. The actual insertion into the building came at approximately 10:25AM.

14) Before they entered the compound, however, this four man team of assassins had received shots of atropine, the antidote to the nerve gas, so that they, too, would not be overcome and paralyzed by it.

15) According to the testimony given before the House Judiciary Committee on the day of your testimony, Attorney General Reno, the fires in the Branch Davidian compound did not become visible until approximately 11:45AM that morning. This means that the team had something in the neighborhood of one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes, or so, in which to do their “dirty work”, and then to make their escape.

16) The murder of David Koresh:

One of the first things they did, obviously, was to go into the so-called communications center, just off the kitchen, where they found, and quickly subdued and killed, David Koresh, along with any of his close associates who were nearby. David Koresh was killed with a single bullet to the middle of the forehead, about an inch above the eyes, fired from a distance of about four inches away.

In this regard, an article on page A-3 of The Washington Post, on Tuesday, May 18th, 1993, is directly relevant. It quotes noted forensic pathologist, Dr Cyril H Wecht of Pittsburg, who had recently completed an independent autopsy of the bodies of David Koresh and Steve Schneider, one of his chief lieutenants, as saying that the gunshot wound in the middle of the forehead, which killed Koresh, and the gunshot wound in the back of the head, which killed Schneider, are “not typical of suicide.”

And no wonder! They were, in fact, NOT killed by suicide at all. This was a calculated, carefully planned, cold-blooded mass murder…

17) From the communications center, the “wet” team then fanned out throughout the rest of the compound, and methodically “took out”(i.e. murdered) all of the other six (6) CIA “sleepers” they would have murdered earlier, in what I have called the “penultimate plan”, had that plan been allowed to go forward, plus a number of other persons along the way….

18) The remaining task for this “wet” team — after the multiple murders, described above, had been carried out — while they were still inside, was to place 3 or 4 canisters of “Willie Peter” (White Phosphorus) in strategic locations throughout the compound in order to start the fires.

These canisters were all equipped with delayed timing devices, all set to go off simultaneously — apparently at or before 11:45AM, that’s when the fires were actually sighted by outside observers on the scene.

White phosphorus is one of the most fearsome incendiary devices imaginable, and is therefore a favorite of the CIA’s “wet” teams. It ignites instantly, immediately burns with white hot intensity, and consumes, beyond all recognition, everything in its path — thereby destroying all possible forensic evidence — and covering, as well as one can possibly imagine, the trail of assassins (like this particular “wet” team) who want to try and claim later that their actual mass murder was merely a “mass suicide” or a “tragic accident.”

CIA “wet” teams have also been known to corner their intended targets into a closed quarter, and then throw “Willie Peter” into their midst, so that these victims are instantly immolated right before the teams eyes.

The fire which “Willie Peter” produces is so intense, and the combustion so complete, that victims — as was the case here in Waco — can only be identified by their dental records.

But here, because the team itself was inside the closed quarters, they had to use delayed timing devices on the “Willie Peter” canisters — to give themselves time to make their own exit before the entire compound was consumed in the monumental conflagration we all watched in horror on television.

19) Notice that this explanation of how the fires started comports with the observations on the scene — with what the television cameras at ground level recorded, and with what the military helicopters and their infrared cameras overhead observed — i.e., that 3 or 4 fires started simultaneously at different places in the compound. And then these separate fires spread rapidly (because of the wood construction, the straw which was everywhere, the high winds, and the white hot “Willie Peter” incendiary devices which had started these separate blazes in the first place), until they became united into a cohesive whole, involving the entire compound, which became far more destructive than the sum of these separate smaller fires, until it ultimately became a massive conflagration which consumed everything in sight.

One possible contrary explanation, which has been offered by commentators and the “tragic accident theory” advocates, is that the tear gas sprayed into the compound by the tanks…(ignoring the fact that what was injected was NOT just tear gas but a tear gas/nerve gas combination) was itself a combustible substance, that one of the tanks, in punching holes in the exterior walls, had accidentally knocked over a kerosene lantern or container, and that the kerosene had then ignited the tear gas, which resulted in the conflagration.

This “tragic accident” theory, however, simply does NOT square with the known facts, preserved on videotape, because the compound did NOT explode into a massive fireball all at once (as would have been the case if the tear gas itself had been combustible, and had ignited by a torch, like lighted kerosene).

20) The other point to be made here is that, while the “wet” team did kill many of those inside the compound prior to setting the fires (by means of the “Willie Peter” canisters on delayed timing devices, discussed above) they apparently did NOT murder (at least, directly) ALL of the 86 men, women and children who ultimately died in the tragedy — meaning that many of those who died were left paralyzed by the nerve gas, unable to get up or free themselves from this disaster in progress, and were thus consigned to being consumed alive in the giant conflagration brought on by the white phosphorus.

And those consigned to this horrible fiery fate — being burned alive — apparently included men, women and children.

21) The bottom line here is that 86 men, women and children died — i.e. they were murdered — in the Branch Davidian compound on Monday, April 19th, 1993 — ALL at the hands of the 4 members of this CIA “wet” team, operating under cover of the “Delta Force”.

22) The bottom line is also that high-ranking officials in our government…

– though NOT yourself, Attorney General Reno, and NOT President Clinton –

…including senior Reagan and Bush Administration holdovers in the Justice Department, the FBI, the BATF, the Pentagon and the CIA — all knew in advance of this Waco operation was designed from the start to be a mass murder in which only those few individuals whom the CIA had targeted in advance to be saved would be allowed to survive — and that ALL of the other 86 men, women and children in the compound would be murdered in cold blood by these CIA Delta Force assassins.

23) I mentioned on page 30 above that one of the uses the CIA makes of its mind control sophistication is to implant memory blocks into the subconscious memories of its top professional assassins — in order to allow them to live with what they have done, and NOT to be overcome by flashbacks and nightmares of their “handiwork.”

Note Well: But I have been informed that those memory blocks are NOT holding very well in this instance and that some or all of the four (4) members of this particular “wet” team are sickened by what they were ordered to do, and what they did, in fact, “accomplish”, in Waco on April 19th. To these hardened, seasoned professional assassins, it was all “too easy”. The people inside the compound (as a result of the nerve gas) simply “never had a chance.”

Few overseas may realize it, but the prototype of the current war-disinformation campaign was tested in the U.S. in 1993. And it worked. Look for a replay in Iraq.

1993…a curious year in the U.S…the first attack on the World Trade Center, the attack by Federal authorities on a religious group in Waco, Texas (near the ranch of George W. Bush), and–of minor import–the year I was run out of the journalism business.

The massacre of nearly 100 men, women and children of the Branch Davidian Sect (an offshoot of the Seventh Day Adventist Church) in Waco reportedly started with a complaint to the U.S. Justice Department by the ADL-related Cult Awareness Network.

At once, the new concept of “embedded” journalism was put into effect. Journalists were segregated and kept apart from the action on a so-called “carnival hill”–too far away to really see what was going on. These reporters dutifully reported what they were told at government press conferences and virtually no mainstream media voices contradicted them. Part of this was due to the fact that Bill Clinton was president, and many Democratic reporters felt a need to be loyal to their party, and part was due to the increasing corporate centralization of media control. Among the accusations howled daily by this crowd–ALL of which later turned out to be false:

*David Koresh was a polygamist and child molester
*Children had been molested at the church (previously ruled out by Texas
officials)
*A substantial tunnel network existed on church property
*Koresh had .50-Cal. machine guns
*Koresh had .50-Cal. armor-piercing ammunition
*Koresh had either biological or chemical weapons
*Koresh planned to overthrow the U.S. Government

(Some decent conservatives termed this as “demonization”.)

After passing several opportunities to peacefully arrest the “cult” leader, the Feds launched a 300-man shooting assault on the church, including 20-mm cannon fire from a helicopter. Koresh was wounded and several Federal agents were shot, although it has been argued that the killings were from friendly crossfire. A 51-day siege of the church (now termed a “compound”) was launched. Razor wire was strung around the church, loud music and lights were put on every night, power and water were cut off, food was denied those inside, and Red Cross representatives were not allowed inside to check on the welfare of the children.

While constantly reassuring Americans through the “embedded” reporters that the situation would be resolved peacefully, and even allowing some of the children to have milk and eventually allowing a small number of Davidians to come out (these were later given stiff Federal prison sentences, despite assurances to the contrary, and defense experts mysteriously died while preparing vital defense evidence) the Federales apparently had other ideas.

After about a month, I recall my wife telling me – after she had heard that others trying to leave the church and surrender had been driven back by stun grenades and gunfire – “they’re going to kill those people.”

“No way,” I replied. After all, the “embedded” reporters said all Koresh wanted to do was to make a prophesy and unlock a “key to scripture” and he would come out.

Well, my wife was right. One day (well before the deadline Koresh had been given) there was a massive assault with armored cars and Delta Forces. The rest is history. Most of the church members were either burned to death or shot at close range. Only a few survived, and these were jailed also.

I am constantly reminded of Waco when I hear the current stream of cynical outright lies about prisoner shootings, uprisings and the like in Iraq. True, Saddam Hussein may be a bad man to some, but how many leaders could resist using “weapons of mass destruction” (if they actually had them) when two thirds of their country was in the hands of an invading force? The “embedded” reporters say Saddam has got to be the most evil man that ever existed–just like David Koresh was briefly. Koresh and Saddam were both wounded in the initial attack. I’m only afraid we may get the same ending in Baghdad.

Paul Wilcher Story
1. Paul was picked up at his apt., taken to Vienna, VA where he was questioned as to the Bush, Webster and Carter accounts with London S.W. BCCI

2. He was questioned for approximately 2 hours at which time he was fed pizza. At 3.40 PM on the 18th of June, he was administered .025 mg of Curare via DSMO (as stabilizer). It was applied to the coating of a Pepsi bottle.

3. At the point of death he was beaten to the face to make it look like a mugging…He was then taken to his apt. and as he was in rigor mortis, he was placed on the toilet. He emptied his bowels in another location. The bowel was removed and disappeared. Autopsy serology will show Curare/DSMO in the cardio vascular sack. (Peridenum)

The judge in Chicago died the same way Wilcher did. Judge Parsons was being primed and readied to accept a civil RICO filing.

We were scheduled for a filing 6 – 30 – 93. All documents have disappeared!!!

Several others have died because of these issues. Primary causes of death:

a. Bush/Russbacher video of the return flight from Paris in the SR-71.
b. Documents of the BCCI and BNL moves.
c. Audio tapes of interviews by CIA covert operations…65 tapes, 92 hours.
d. WACO and the CIA, Delta Group involvement.

RENO IS IN ALL OF IT!

An elite U. S. Army military unit was responsible for the massacre of 76 Branch Davidians after a 5I day siege by federal officers of their compound at Waco, Texas in 1993. Orders were given to the top secret Combat Applications Group of Fort Bragg, N.C. ( known as the Delta Force), by President William Jefferson Clinton because the seemingly endless stand off between the FBI and members of the religious sect had become an embarrassment to his administration, according to a former Army Special Forces member. Also involved in the final days of decision making that brought closure to the siege was first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, currently the U.S. media poster girl as a result of her venture into Senate politics in New York. Reports have been received by The SPOTLIGHT that Gene Cullen, a former CIA agent, has asked a Senate committee for ‘protection’ in return for his testimony regarding Delta Force activity at Waco. Cullen is requesting ‘protection’ according to reports, because he has been threatened with prosecution for violating national security if he talks.

The recent release of documents through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reveals that Army officials, and in particular those from Delta Force, met with White House and Justice Department officials, including Attorney General Janet Reno and her then second-in-command and former Hilary Clinton law partner, Webster Hubbel, to discuss a resolution to the Waco standoff However, information obtained by The SPOTLIGHT reveals that Delta Force played far more than an advisory role in ending the siege. In fact Delta Force had a direct, operational role in the attack on the Branch Davidian compound that resulted in the holocaust that took the lives of 76 residents of the religious community, including dozens of women and children. Steve Barry, a retired long-time member of Army Special Forces and a top expert in the field of military special operations, said a team of about 10 members of Delta Force was involved in the Waco massacre.

Barry’s military career included training with Delta Force. According to him, “two bricks,” or four man teams, were involved in the actual attack.

In recently released FBI infrared video tapes of the crucial minutes of the April 19 assault on the compound, fully-automatic gunfire is seen being directed into an area of the structure, which Branch Davidians were attempting to use to escape from flames, fanned by high winds, consuming the wooden buildings. Barry told The SPOTLIGHT that there was a team of “as many as 10” Delta Force troopers assigned to Waco, including, as he described them, “a commander, a sergeant major, two or three communications guys, two or three intel (intelligence) guys, a medic and two or three operational guys.” He said assigned to them, supposedly in an advisory capacity, were members of the British SAS (Special Air Service), an elite British special operations force. The Delta Force, Barry explained, shared a Tactical Operations Center (TOC) at Waco with an FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) force. Since the 1993 tragedy, the American people have been led to believe that the ‘IRT force alone conducted the assault on the compound.
Barry said the Delta Force receives its orders from what is known as the National Command Authority, which then included Clinton, Secretary of State Warren Christopher, Secretary of Defence Les Aspin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; Army Gen. Colin Powell.

The ultimate decision to send Delta Force into action rests with the President, Barry said, it can be no other way.

FAMILIAR FACE
Adding to the controversy, it has leeen confirmed that Lon Horiuchi was in charge of a sniper post where Texas Rangers recovered spent .223 and .308 shell casings.
Horiuchi was the FBI sniper who fatally shot the wife of Randy Weaver, while wounding both Randy Weaver and Kevin Harris, during’ the federal standoff at Ruby Ridge in Idaho.
The recovered shell casings would be consistent with government-issued sniper rifles. Horiuchi has denied that he or any members of his “team” fired any shots at Waco.
The retired special operations expert said that during the siege at Waco, first lady Hillary Clinton operated a “crises center” at the White House, put together on her own initiative. Serving with her was another former member of the Little Rock law firm, White House Deputy Council Vincent M Foster Jr.

Foster was later found dead under mysterious circumstances in a Virginia park across the river from D.C.

According to Barry, it was from this “crises center” that word went out that there was “child abuse” by adult members of the sect, including leader David Koresh, at the Waco religious facility. This revelation about the part Foster played in the Waco tragedy has been confirmed by Mike McNulty, a producer of a documentary film on the siege. McNulty said he was told by Fosters widow, Lisa, that the White House attorney’s depression at the time of his death “was fueled by horror at the carnage at Waco for which the White House had given the ultimate green light.”

McNulty also said that Forster was preparing a Waco report when he died. This has been confirmed by veteran British journalist, Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, in his book the Secret Life of Bill Clinton. Pritchard wrote:
The Branch Davidian siege was clearly on Fosters mind. He was “drafting a letter involving Waco” on the day of his death, surely a point of some significance. He kept a Waco file in the locked cabinet that was off limits to everybody, including his secretary. His widow mentions Waco twice in her statement to the FBI. Toward the end of his life, Foster had no sense of joy or elation at work. The Branch Davidian incident near Waco, Tex, was also causing him a great deal of stress. Lisa Foster believes that he was horrified when the Branch Davidian complex burned. Foster believed that everything was his fault.

When asked about how the Delta Force action jibes with the Posse Comitatus Act, which outlaws the use of Army forces to enforce civilian law, Barry said: “That’s just it. It doesn’t jibe with Posse Comitatus.” A violation of Posse Comitatus is indeed “a high crime or misdemeanor,” which would be an impeachable felony offence.

And if Clinton’s reasons for ordering the Delta Force attack at Waco are murky, the reasons for directing a cover-up are obviously not. Posse Conutatus clearly states that: “Whoever… willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a Posse Comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than two years.”
