Mind control via electronic manipulation

Because mind control is a classified topic, it is impossible to nail the subject dead on. However, this article was revealing enough to have created a very strong response from the powers that be. I will soon post an updated video which better explains how Windows 7 and the new LCD display chipsets may be configured for mind control.

This article is getting repeatedly hacked. That should say how important it is. If you see any stupid looking “mistakes” check back later because that is the form the hacks are taking. Joe Vialls died while in the process of producing a report like this, and I would bet this is somewhere close to where he was going to take this topic.

This article received a MAJOR update on Thursday, June 14, 2011.

The brain is a computer, and like a computer it has a clock frequency that all thoughts, your existence, is centered around. This is a little basic because your brain in reality has multiple simultaneous clock frequencies which interact with each other and serve different purposes for biological function, whereas a microprocessor normally has only one central clock that everything in it synchronizes with. For example, your visual cortex may process at a different frequency than the section of your brain which regulates your heart beat. Feelings and thoughts will run at another frequency.

Because your brain is an ultra parallel computer, it can accomplish a lot while using frequencies that are far lower than would be practical in a microprocessor, and these frequencies are in the ELF (extended low frequency) range.

The fact that your brain operates on frequencies leaves it open to manipulation via electronic means. Since different moods are reflected by different frequencies, it is possible to electronically force people to be relaxed when they should be angry, laugh when they should be appalled, and give loyalty when they should rebel. There are a number of ways that this can be accomplished, and this report will touch on a few of them.

The switch to digital television was un precedented, rapid, and illegal. It was a direct violation of long established standards regulation, which, by the book, required backwards compatibility with legacy devices. It was illegal because it FORCED stations to change format, whether they wanted to or not. Television was not the same as computers, where standards can change in a day and be perfectly legal, because television utilized the electromagnetic spectrum – VHF and UHF, and there were long standing laws in place which clearly stated that there would be no forced changes permitted with regard to how the well established radio frequency bands were used. IF a station, under its own free will CHOSE to start broadcasting digital only, that was up to them, and would have been permitted. The illegal aspect of the switch was the fact that it was forced on everyone, wanted or not.

And “they” had a reason.

For background, I suggest you read a brilliant article by Joe Vialls that is preserved on this site. In it, he shows a device Hollywood used to manipulate people’s response to what was being broadcast over analog television. But the NTSC signal, which all standard definition televisions operated on, really was an ultra stable and hard to manipulate signal standard. This made analog manipulation of people’s psychological responses to what was on the screen difficult to achieve in a perfectly uniform fashion. Televisions were designed to reject spurious modulations in the signal, so depending upon each television receiver’s differences, you got a different level of effectiveness.

This would not do well enough to subdue the population during the final crush of America. They HAD TO get the switch to digital, where things could be manipulated with perfect and predictable digital accuracy. And I have caught them at it, and will tell you how to as well.

The method -

Vialls believed that they would manipulate public response by getting the correct color flicker at random places on the screen, and he died before they forced the switch to digital television. As it turned out in reality, that is not entirely how they are doing it. Instead, if you look closely at any mid tone area on the screen (an area that is not totally white or totally black, and this will move around the screen depending upon the scene) you will notice a snow effect, which on average makes a perfect picture, but the picture itself is really in fact a subtly modulated “snow storm” where the “snow” always takes upon itself the color of whatever the image is supposed to be in that spot. Gray areas are by far the best place to look for this. The snow will be moving and modulating and circling at the frequency that triggers whatever feeling they want you to have for whatever is on the screen. Keep in mind that there should be NO SUCH THING AS SNOW IN A DIGITAL PICTURE, yet it is there.

It is not in all broadcasts. I suggest you observe the screen during any program where they are bragging about being Jewish, are pushing a gay agenda, or are airing a political topic – especially campaign ads and politically weighted news. Anything of a political nature.

How to observe the screen -

The effect is not obvious. You have to get tricky to see it. So go beneath the TV, up very close to it, at an angle where the picture does not show right. You have to be able to see the sub tones only. And THEN you will see the snow. Computers will do the color shift as well. Take your (LCD) computer screen, for practice before trying it on a big clumsy LCD television, and tilt the screen back until you see a shift in the way the colors are displayed. Many of you have already noticed this. It is at that angle you have to look at the TV, from below and not the side. This will not work on a plasma TV. But on an LCD tv, you will see what I am talking about. Windows 7 will also create and modulate a similar “snow” on computer screens, even in a still picture or desktop image. This is something new, I have always had the latest and greatest computers, and this weird effect only showed up with Windows 7. It is creepy.

And I have now learned exactly what that effect is from. It is something I never expected.

Back in 2004, technology was more advanced than it is now. Therefore, my Toshiba laptop I had back then had a better screen, with full 24 bit color resolution, which featured 8 bit color for each of the color channels. This enabled it to display 16.7 million colors, and as a result there was no need for an early 1990′s technology called dithering to be used to prevent the screen from pixelation due to lack of ability to display a separate color for each pixel. Dithering is a random scattering or movement of pixels to simulate the presence of a greater ability to display color.

But when Windows 7 came out, all of a sudden we forgot how to make a good display, and instead of advancing on to 12 bits per color channel (which would have made 36 bit color instead of the 24 bit color we had in the late 90′s,) we had to step backwards to six bits per color channel because we just could not produce a video chip for an LCD screen that was capable of doing it anymore. Damn those public schools. But wait, China is advancing, so that cannot be it. That ends the sarcasm.

Folks, they sabotaged the screens. Now we are eating trash. Lots of people have noticed and there is a very good reason for them to have sabotaged the screens. Keep in mind that this sabotage coincided precisely with the release of Windows 7 and the forced switch to digital television, which was totally illegal in the way it was carried out. This sabotage gave them a “reason” to put a modulation effect called dithering into every computer display, an effect which can no doubt be used for mind control.

I am going to show you a little math. I will keep it simple and not do any binary (even though that is simple if you just sit down and rationalize it out). But since everyone reading this understands base 10, I will do the math in base 10, and you will just have to trust my knowledge of binary.

8 bits of binary will represent 255 different values, plus zero, for a total of 256, including zero. Six bits of binary can represent 63 different numeric values, plus zero, for a total of 64. So by dropping the displays from 8 color bits per channel to 6 color bits per channel, they took a display that was capable of 256X256X256 colors, for a total of 16.7 million colors, and made it into a display that was capable of 64x64x64 colors, for a total of 262,000 colors. For the most part, the most basic of all displays nowadays has a resolution of 1366X768. 1366 X 768 = 1,049,000 pixels. So the most basic of all monitors on the market now, with six bit color depth, can only display 1/4th of the needed colors for it’s resolution. This means you HAVE TO modulate the pixels with dithering, especially on a nice screen which displays at 1920X1080, which equals 2,073,000 pixels or you will get a blotchy or grainy off colored look to any color picture displayed on the screen.

Why would they willfully choose to have all displays take a quantum leap backwards (in this case approximately 12 years) when there was no feasible economic reason to do it? LCD technology is old now, there is no reason to be stuck in the last century with it, unless, of course, you wanted to make an EXCUSE and provide a VENUE through which a mind control effect could be added to any online content or offline program. Digital television provided them with a way to bypass the NTSC limitations and lunge forward with full on mind control embedded in a picture, and having a computer be a refuge from this simply would not do. Now we have irritating noisy screens, and there is no rational reasonable explanation for it other than clandestine intent. And it is interesting that the new Mac Books do not do it, only PC computers do. Why?. Ask Microsoft.

Two years ago we had 8 bit color depth per channel. Now we have 6 bit color depth per channel. And there are three channels. Three channels with six bits of color depth each = 666, and that’s just perfect for the luciferian cabal in power, at the Bilderberg conference where what the little people are going to have gets decided on. Want to know what REALLY CAME OUT OF BILDERBERG? It’s six bit per channel color depth, when public choice, the true free market, would have driven it upward to 12 instead of downwards. And why? It’s because it gave them a plausible explanation for the modulations on the screen that many would notice, and some GEEK would just stand up and say, OH, don’t worry, it’s just DITHERING. And with that big word as an explanation, everyone would just shut up. Shut up and forget about the 80′s and 90′s, where it would have actually been needed. And if anyone wants to argue this I suggest first grabbing a Windows XP laptop and try to find this effect. Try to find it on a 10 year old laptop. That ought to make you wish for the good old days.

Nowadays, your “urgent windows update” could be nothing but a new dithering algorithm that is based upon your psychiatric “needs” as defined by an elite few, a decision based upon what you read, surf, write . . . . . . . .

I am going to post an updated version of the previous video, which explains this, but I have to finish it first.

Other things to look for – They can also simply flicker the entire screen in a subtle way (this would be with a TV only because with a computer it would be too obvious). To observe this, turn off all the lights and leave the room the television is in, and while able to see into the room the television is playing in, but not able to see the TV itself, turn to the side and observe the light coming from the TV with your peripheral vision, which is sensitive to flickering. If they are modulating the entire screen, you should be able to see it this way, and it will be a very rapid and even flicker, like a fast strobe. I would expect this to not be as commonly used, but used sparingly when it is needed most to form public opinion, like after a terror attack. Obviously strobing the entire screen is more effective than the snow approach, but it is also a lot riskier. Fortunately for them, during emotional times like after 911, people are very unlikely to notice because they are too caught up in the event.

So why does the Obama administration keep insisting that unemployment is actually going down?

Michael — The Economic Collapse April 7, 2013

The jobs recovery is a complete and total myth. The percentage of the working age population in the United States that had a job in March 2013 was exactly the same as it was all the way back in March 2010. In addition, as you will see below, there are now more than 101 million working age Americans that do not have a job. But even though the employment level in the United States has consistently remained very low over the past three years, the Obama administration keeps telling us that unemployment is actually going down. In fact, they tell us that the unemployment rate has declined from a peak of 10.0% all the way down to 7.6%. And they tell us that in March the unemployment rate fell by 0.1% even though only 88,000 jobs were added to the U.S. economy. But it takes at least 125,000 new jobs a month just to keep up with population growth. So how in the world are they coming up with these numbers? Well, the reality is that the entire decline in the unemployment rate over the past three years can be accounted for by the reduction in size of the labor force. In other words, the Obama administration is getting unemployment to go down by pretending that millions upon millions of unemployed Americans simply do not want jobs anymore. We saw this once again in March. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, more than 600,000 Americans dropped out of the labor market during that month alone. That pushed the labor force participation rate down to 63.3%, which is the lowest it has been in more than 30 years. So please don’t believe the hype. The sad truth is that there has been no jobs recovery whatsoever.

If things were getting better, there would not be more than 101 million working age Americans without a job.

So exactly where does that statistic come from? Well, the following explains where I got that number…

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are 11,742,000 working age Americans that are officially unemployed.

In addition, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics says that there are 89,967,000 working age Americans that are “not in the labor force”. That is a new all-time record, and that number increased by a whopping 663,000 during the month of March alone.

When you add 11,742,000 working age Americans that are officially unemployed to the 89,967,000 working age Americans that are “not in the labor force”, you come up with a grand total of 101,709,000 working age Americans that do not have a job.

When you stop and think about it, that is an absolutely staggering statistic.

And anyone that tells you that “a higher percentage of Americans are working today” is telling you a complete and total lie. During the last recession the percentage of working age Americans with a job fell dramatically, and since then we have not seen that number bounce back at all. In fact, this is the very first time in the post-World War II era that we have not seen the employment-population ratio bounce back after a recession. At this point, the employment-population ratio has been under 60 percent for 49 months in a row…

Since the end of 2009, the employment-population ratio has been remarkably steady. Just check out these numbers…

March 2008: 62.7 percent

March 2009: 59.9 percent

March 2010: 58.5 percent

March 2011: 58.4 percent

March 2012: 58.5 percent

March 2013: 58.5 percent

We should be thankful that the percentage of working age Americans with a job did not continue to decline, but we should also be quite alarmed that it has not bounced back at all.

If there was going to be a recovery, there would have been one by now. The next major economic downturn is rapidly approaching, and that is going to push the employment-population ratio down even farther.

So why is the U.S. economy not producing as many jobs as it used to? Well, certainly the overall decline of the economy has a lot to do with it. We are a nation that is drowning in debt and that is getting poorer by the day.

But since the end of the last recession, corporate profits have bounced back in a big way and are now at an all-time high. So you would figure that the big corporations should be able to hire a lot more workers by now.

Unfortunately, that is not the way things work anymore. Big corporations are trying to minimize the number of expensive American workers that they have on their payrolls as much as possible these days.

One way that they are doing this is through the use of technology. Thanks to robots, computers and other forms of technology, big corporations simply do not need as many human workers as they used to. In future years, this trend is only going to accelerate. I wrote about how this is changing the world of employment in one of my previous articles entitled “Rise Of The Droids: Will Robots Eventually Steal All Of Our Jobs?“

Another way that big corporations are replacing expensive American workers is by shipping their jobs off to the other side of the globe. Big corporations know that they can make bigger profits by making stuff in foreign countries where they can pay workers less than a dollar an hour with no benefits. How in the world are American workers supposed to compete with that?

For much more on how U.S. jobs are being killed by offshoring, please see this article: “55 Reasons Why You Should Buy Products That Are Made In America“.

And of course immigration is having a dramatic impact on the labor market in some areas of the country as well. Cheap labor has dramatically driven down wages in a lot of professions. For example, once upon a time you could live a very nice middle class lifestyle as a roofer. But now many roofers really struggle to make a living.

When you add everything up, it paints a very bleak picture for the future of the American worker.

The cost of living keeps rising much faster than wages do, and the competition for good jobs has become incredibly fierce.

Meanwhile, the government continues to make things even easier for those that are not working. This has caused some Americans to give up completely and to be content with letting the government take care of them. The following is from a recent article by Monty Pelerin…

As we make it easier to get unemployment benefits for longer time periods, more people take advantage of the system. So too with food stamps and disability. All programs are at or near record levels in what is supposed to be four years into an economic recovery. For many, the benefits of becoming a government dependent exceed what they can earn. One study reported that a family of four, collecting all the benefits for which they were entitled, would have to earn $65,000 per annum to have the same after-tax purchasing power.

If you are a product of the government schools and are legal to work (i.e., have skills enough that you are affordable at the minimum wage or higher), at what point do you realize that there is no need to go through the hassle of actual work. You can live pretty well by staying home and taking advantage of the entitlements available to you. That is exactly what a larger and larger percentage of the population are realizing. In many cases, it is economically irrational to work.

This behavior creates a social pathology that only worsens over time. Kids learn from their parents that work is not necessary and the many ways to game the system. In this regard, look for this problem to become worse over time unless these programs are cut back.

In some areas of the country, it actually pays not to work very hard. According to Gary Alexander, the Secretary of Public Welfare for the state of Pennsylvania, a “single mom is better off earnings gross income of $29,000 with $57,327 in net income & benefits than to earn gross income of $69,000 with net income and benefits of $57,045.”

But the truth is that most Americans still want to work hard and would gladly take a good job if they could just find one. The following is one example that was featured in a recent Fox News article…

After a full year of fruitless job hunting, Natasha Baebler just gave up.

She’d already abandoned hope of getting work in her field, working with the disabled. But she couldn’t land anything else, either — not even a job interview at a telephone call center.

Until she feels confident enough to send out resumes again, she’ll get by on food stamps and disability checks from Social Security and live with her parents in St. Louis.

“I’m not proud of it,” says Baebler, who is in her mid-30s and is blind. “The only way I’m able to sustain any semblance of self-preservation is to rely on government programs that I have no desire to be on.”

And that is how most Americans feel.

Most Americans do not want to be dependent on the government.

Most Americans want to work hard and take care of themselves.

Unfortunately, our economy is not producing nearly enough jobs for everyone and it never will again.

So there will continue to be millions upon millions of Americans that find that they cannot take care of themselves and their families without government assistance no matter how hard they try.

And this is just the beginning – things are going to get much worse during the next major wave of the economic collapse.

Yes, at the moment there are more than 101 million working age Americans that do not have a job, but that number is actually going to go much higher in the years ahead. The anger and frustration caused by a lack of employment opportunities is going to shake this nation.

That is why it is important to try to become less dependent on your own job. In this economic environment, a job can disappear at literally any moment. Anything that you can do to become less dependent on the system would be a good thing.

TSA employee acknowledges: "A LOT of what we do is make-believe." Includes video

Mike Adams – Natural News March 11, 2013

Last week, an undercover TSA inspector managed to quite easily sneak a mock explosive device through airport security and onto an airplane. He simply stuffed the fake bomb down his pants and went right through the screenings, including a pat-down. Out of several covert TSA agents attempting to sneak mock explosive devices onto the airplane, only one was pulled aside, and she was carrying a child’s doll with wires hanging out the back, making it ridiculously obvious. (SOURCE)

“This episode once again demonstrates how Newark Airport is the Ground Zero of TSA failures,” said a source published in the NY Post, a newspaper that’s been breaking huge news on the TSA (and actually doing a far better job reporting on this than the NYT).

But the real news isn’t the fact that, time and time again, government officials can easily sneak explosives onto airplanes. The real story is what happened a few days later, when a TSA employee who works at Newark went public with allegations that the TSA is nothing more than pure theater and that TSA employees have no ability or motivation to catch any terrorists whatsoever.

“A LOT of what we do is make-believe.”

That’s how the confession begins. It’s a confession of a TSA agent, published once again in the New York Post. And it continues:

We’re not any big deterrent. It’s all for show. Most TSA screeners know their job is a complete joke. Their goal is to use this as a stepping stone to another government agency. We work in a culture where common sense has no place. All but a very few TSA personnel know they’re employed by a bottom-of-the-barrel agency.

Although TSA agents can’t seem to catch bombs or terrorists, TSA supervisors are apparently really good at catching TSA officers chewing gum:

Supervisors play absolutely no role in day-to-day functions except to tell you not to chew gum. Gum chewing is a huge issue with management.

TSA tests are rigged and sneaking devices onto airplanes “happens all the time”

Those of us who pay attention to reality know that the TSA is a complete joke when it comes to stopping terrorism. The entire purpose of the TSA is not to stop terrorists but to indoctrinate the American population with “prisoner training” — to get people used to having their children undressed and touched by strangers while government agents stick their hands down your pants and literally go inside your body wearing the same pair of gloves they used on their previous victim. (Hygiene be damned!)

TSA is an affront to human dignity. Its very existence is wholly unconstitutional, unethical and completely ineffective from a security point of view. When asked about the recent failure of TSA to catch a mock explosive device carried onto the airplane by a federal investigator, this TSA confessor said, “That’s not even news to anyone who works there. It happens all the time. The failure rate is pretty high, especially with federal investigators, and the pat-down itself is ridiculous.”

He then went on to explain how all the Newark airport internal TSA security tests are a hoax:

When there are internal tests, conducted by the Newark training department, it’s easy to cheat because they use our co-workers. You could be working with someone all morning, and then they’re gone. Word gets around the checkpoint. Someone will come over to you and say, “Hey, it’s Joe. He’s got a blue duffel bag.”

TSA was also recently caught handing out security badges to workers with criminal records. As reported in CNS News:

[The TSA issued] security badges to aviation employees resulted in at least 11 individuals with criminal backgrounds obtaining badges that allowed access to secure areas of U.S. airports.

[The DHS Office of Inspector General] concluded that there still may be individuals with criminal records who are working in secured areas of airports.

The new class of incompetent, lazy, pathetic government workers

TSA is the perfect example of the problem with big government. According to this TSA confession, TSA workers are “bottom of the barrel” employees but are compensated almost like royalty:

[They are] only there for the paycheck and generous benefits. For every 40 hours you work, you receive four hours of vacation and four hours of sick time. These are the employees who could never keep a job in the private sector. I wouldn’t trust them to walk my dog.

And then there are the power-hungry zealots, he says:

A small number of screeners are delusional zealots who believe they’re keeping America safe by taking your snow globe, your 2-inch pocket knife, your 4-ounce bottle of shampoo and performing invasive pat-downs on your kids.

TSA officers also spend a lot of time visually dressing-down female passengers, he says:

There is also a lot of ogling of female passengers by the male screeners. So, ladies, cover up when you get to the airport. These guys are checking you out constantly.

See the hilarious “TSA Help Wanted” video that turns out to be amazingly accurate in its depiction of TSA officers:

News Brief – September 28, 2012

Nobody in the West is saying as much but Iran’s air defence technology may just have taken a big step forward in terms of sophistication and capability.

Iran claims its new medium range air-defence system the Raad or R’ad has been specifically designed to confront US aircraft. As Israel also operates a lot of U.S. manufactured military aircraft that would also include Israeli military planes too.

How effective the Iranian designed and manufactured system would be remains to be seen. However, with a claimed range of 50 kilometres and an engagement altitude of 25 to 27 kilometres it should be effective, at least on paper.

In response to repeated implied threats from Israel about “all option” being open to deal with Iran’s nuclear program, Tehran has put considerable effort in recent years to upgrade its defence capability.

This has become all the more urgent since Russia’s agreed sale of the advanced long-range S-300 air defence system fell through. Since then Tehran has redoubled its efforts to upgrade its own indigenous weapons technology, in particular its air defences.

As a result, Iran’s own version of the long-range S-300 air-defence system, the Bavar 373 is currently being developed and could be operational as early as next year.

In the meantime it has also developed and fielded other indigenous air defence systems: the Mersad, the Mesbah 1 and now the Raad or R’ad.

As noted though, it remains to be seen whether in the event of hostilities breaking out Iran’s air defences could effectively contain U.S. and/or Israeli air strikes. But on paper at least, and now on video, this latest addition to the country’s air defences looks formidable enough.

Finally, there has been speculation recently that Israel may not strike Iran until 2013.

To which we can only add, if it doesn’t happen by the end of this year it may not happen at all. If only because the cloud cover over Tehran from late November onwards will limit the effectiveness of air strikes. Postponing an air campaign until spring 2013 at the earliest.

By which time Iran could well have finished development of the Bavar 373 and have enough of its other indigenous air defence systems in place to thwart an air campaign.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel’s Defence Minister Ehud Barak know this. Meaning that it would be foolish to dismiss them ordering air strikes against Iran in the coming months.

The clock is ticking. Israel’s hard-liner Zionist leaders know it and under such conditions desperate men are capable of resorting to desperate measures.

So we wouldn’t rule out Netanyahu ordering an Israeli military strike on Iran. Although he knows it may not entirely eliminate the existential threat Iran allegedly poses, America is bound by treaty to protect Israel when Tehran retaliates and with nuclear weapons if necessary.

Welcome to what could be the onset of World War III.
